It's a fast food joint but the burgers are homemade and amazing! In terms of prices this is only $ and you have a really nice meal. If you are a coffee person and you love the greek type of cold coffees you will find great quality coffee here. With its warm and friendly staff, Surfing Bird is a great choice in Elafonissos!

We saw the good review and wanted to try it, mainly because there are not much eateryes on the island. Do not recommand: the dough is not for pizza, to much cheese with stra ge taste. Could not it it.

Advantageous location as it has tables on the pier getting into the sea. We asked for fresh fish and got to get red mullets. They were perfectly fried! The accompanying Greek salad was delicious, the french fries were freshly cut and the service was genuinely friendly. Even though we wanted to visit several restaurants, one night we decided to return and we were right, as we had one of the best moussaka ever. Do not leave the island without getting there.

Very good food both fish and meat dishes. Staff are very attentive and good prices. A sweet on the house at the end of the meal. As one would imagine this is a very busy taverna.

There are many places that offer fish, but this is the one. Elafonisos has more than 80 fishing boats that bring all kinds of fishes every day. So if you are lucky you will find your favorite fish. But if this is not possible, don't worry. Every time I come here I order "Astakomakaronada". It's pasta with lobster. This is the best I have ever had. Great portion (don't eat anything else), good cooked and good served. Don't bother looking the menu. Just order this one. This is one of a kind. Great local white wine completed the pleasure.

If you have a family with kids, I would NOT recommend this place!!! It took over 3 1/2 hours to get 3 fish for dinner. On top of it when we asked about our food, they were extremely rude!! The views are the only nice thing about this place. Food was just ok, you could get th same elsewhere.

A lovely restaurant front to the Beach in the picturesque village of elafonisos. We tried Local foods as Greek salad, hot feta in the owen ,cream of chick peas, sardines and we tasted Local wine. Everything was excelent as the service and the bill.also our dog have been welcomed. It worths a visit.

Fantastic taverna with delicious food, fresh fishes and great service. The pasta with shrimps , fava dip and fishes were amazing. The owner took care of us and got us complimentary ice creams . We will definitely come back

Came here on a windy night with wife,we enjoyed the food (fried calamari, shrimps, and sardines), especially the calamari & grilled sardines. Portions a bit smaller than other tavernas we ate at on the island . Good friendly service

It takes forever to order and it's not worth the waiting. We were served poor quality gyros and frozen French fries.Unfortunately if you're seeking for Greek gyros there are only two places in the Port that serve it and they are both of poor quality. On the other hand is cheap food.
