Reviewed By Tigran KVery nice place to stay, for the people with middle or middle-low income. We paid approximately 50 usd per day for a room with double. The owner was very kind woman, hospitable and ready to solve each issue. The kitchen was not so good, so try to eat somewhere else. The sea and the beaches are very close, 10 minutes by walk, choose Mayak beaches, they are cleaned every day.

Reviewed By 293artemmСмело рекомендую! Пляж хороший, народу немного, море прозрачное, песок, все дела. Хозяин радушный, предлагают неплохой завтрак/обед/ужин за скромную доплату. Номера по соотношению цена/качество весьма приемлемые. Единственное что отметить из «минусов», вода из скважины в водопроводе солоноватая, по причине близости моря.

Reviewed By StanborБыли с семьей в июне 2018 на 3 недели. Номера как на фото. Мы выбрали 6й. В номере есть кондиционер, сейф, телефизор, холодильник. Удобные кровати. Мини-кухня полностью укомплектована. Вайфай ловит везде хорошо и безлимит. Есть стационарный мангал с решеткой, мы через день его использовали. Во дворе кресла и скамейки для каждого номера. Уютно. Стирка в стиральной машине за 100 рублей). Местоположение удобное. За углом пицерия, пару раз ходили, достойно и цены норм. Рядом продуктовый магазин. Парк начинается через дорогу. До набережной с кафе, ресторанами, сувенирами и экскурсиями 500 метров. Городской пляж там же. Мы ездили на платный пляж Лазурный (по прямой 4 минуты на машине). Такси стоят на углу. Из аэропорта нас встречал хозяин Владимир. Ехать около часа, комфортно и спокойно. Обратно тоже с ним поехали. Хозяйка Ирина гостепреимная, все время прибирается. Нам все понравилось. Если поедем в Евпаторию, то именно сюда, из-за комфорта, местоположения и владельцев.

Reviewed By Ольга ЗНашли отель абсолютно случайно - остановились детей покормить в кафешечке за углом. Позвонили - посмотрели номера и остались. Очень приятный, чистый отель. Wi Fi отличный. Санузел чистый, без плесени. Разместились в двухкомнатном номере. ТВ с приставками - показывает хорошо. ТВ есть во всех комнатах. На первом этаже ресторан. Поели шашлыков двое взрослых и ребенок за 2000 рублей. В принципе-нормальные цены. Парковки своей нет - ставили машину прямо перед входом. За три дня никто на нее не покусился. Администраторы радушные. Уборку в номере не просили - смысла не было: за 3 дня не намусорили. В соседнем здании магазин самообслуживания ПУД (местный аналог Магнита). До моря пройти запинающимся шагом 15 минут. Евпатория пологая, поэтому совсем не сложно.

Reviewed By J8850MW_Очень уютный гостевой дом. Чистый бассейн, уютный номер, внимательный хозяин, приветливый персонал. Безопасная территория, кухня, бытовая комната. Уборка с полной дезинфекцией и заменой постелей с полотенцами-раз в три дня. Перед входом оборудованная территория для посидеть) детская площадка. Все очень уютно. Рекомендуем!
