There are several apartments for rent, I stayed in No. 50. You'll never get to meet the host, she only communicates through harsh E-Mails. She asked me to pay for the place although I had already paid through booking.com. It took me and booking.com three days to make her understand that she will get her money. She didn't even apologize for the confusion. I had asked her in advance, if there was a lot oaf construction work going on in and around the house, because that was mentioned in some reviews . She promised the place to be very quiet. When I arrived I saw that's in the middle of a construction site. Very noisy work also going on in the house. I call that a lie. As it was getting very cold I asked her how to turn on the heating. She wrote: "Turn the oven on and it will be warm. In Poland the heating season begins on October 15." After asking her if she was kidding she actually delivered a heater. Two days after that on October 4 the central heating was working. Maybe Poland changed the heating season just for me :-) And as a last goodbye the warm water was turned off for two days, no hot shower. Wroclaw is such a beautiful city with a lot of nice places to stay and I met a lot of friendly people here. Don't let your stay be spoiled by staying in this place.

Stayed for 3 nights in the Kamienica Pod Aniolami- 1-2-3rd of December, The location of the Hotel is good, please read my full review, Arrival/check in, we were greeted by a young gentleman on reception and given our room cards, i explained i wanted to pay my bill in cash-Euro but he did not know how to do this transaction and asked could i pay the next day when there was a more experienced staff member on which was not a problem Going out that night i asked the guy for directions to Setka Bar which i knew was near by but he said he never heard of it, it turned out it was right next to the hotel? I booked through Booking.Com and the price was 130 euro yet the next day when i went to pay the receptionist asked for 140 Euro? The Room- the room is of average size, two single beds pushed together as a double, the beds are very low and not very comfortable, the pillows are flat and terrible- need to be replaced There is NO dressing table or full length mirror in the bedroom in which my wife was not impressed- ie trying to put on make up etc. The room has no safe, no tea and coffee facilities , only 3 hangers in the wardrobe for two people to use. Bathroom/wet room is of a reasonable size, cleanliness was good, the toiletries are of very poor quality, the towels need to be thrown out and replaced, they were hard and ripped around the edging, good water pressure in the shower. Cleaning- the cleaning ladies do not clean, they quickly replace the toiletries and towels and that is it. The day of check out, the lady on reception allowed us leave our luggage as we not been picked up until 1515 and our check out time was 11am, we went into the city and returned at 1440, we asked at reception could we buy some coffee from the restaurant and we were told no , there were staff in th erestaurant setting up tables etc, Would i stay here again- No- room was poor, cheap toiletries, staff not very friendly , poor quality towels and i forgot to mention that the rooms are not very warm either at night or early mornings.

What a wonderful place to live for a night or a lifetime! I've told all my friends about Palac Warmatowice and now I wish to tell you, gentle reader. I regret I could only spend one night in this lovely establishment and I eagerly look forward to my next visit which will last several days. Everything about this former palace is big. Huge grounds greet you as you drive in. The building itself is quite imposing as you cross the bridge over the moat (for what palace worth talking about doesn't have a moat!?) The entry hall is gigantic as are the rooms on the ground floor. Stone and wood everything as you might imagine. Impossibly high ceilings. I stayed in the accommodations known as the apartment. It was spacious and generously appointed with a stove, refrigerator, and eating area. It had separate toilet and bath facilities, a huge bedroom and, in a delightful surprise, super fast internet! The winter view out the windows was very nice. I suspect in spring and summer it is spectacular. Anna, the innkeeper is the personification of grace and kindness. She warmly welcomed me even though I was checking in very late in the evening. I've been traveling long enough to know that not everyone will enjoy or appreciate the beauty and charm of this ancient building. If you're looking for modern and flashy, keep moving. But if you seek old world architecture and a singular hotel experience, you must stay here. Such a rare find!

Korzystałem z noclegu w "Eliza noclegi" w Łaziskach, kiedy jechałem do Niemiec w raz z dziewczyną i przyjacielem.

W kategorii agroturystyki to zdecydowanie nasz dotychczasowy faworyt :-)

Stayed here for 5 nights, good location & spotlessly clean. We had a private bathroom with a mezzanine floor, sink, hot plate & small fridge. Outside in the Hall was a more equipped kitchen if you needed to make anything more than a sandwich. Please don’t let the Hostel in the title put you off, they are like small apartments with a communal hall. Tram & bus stops across the road to take you into the centre or it’s about 15 mins walk.
