We were recommended by a work colleague to visit this restaurant and were not disappointed. The atmosphere, service, food and wine selection were all excellent. We were actually staying in France but made the short trip over the border; it was well worthwhile. The prawn / scallop kebabs were superb, the steak succulent and cooked to perfection and finally the crepes were delicious; freshly prepared at the table. Coupled with some fine beer, wine and a choice of many Grappe, we all enjoyed this evening. A must visit if in the area!

Jine's ambience was perfect; classy but laid back.Menu offerings were very difficult to choose from, which is unusual! The food was of excellent quality, perfectly balanced taste combinations.Our server, Phillip was excellent. Helpful and friendly without being saccharin-sweet or overbearing. Nice meeting others who are obviously passionate about their job. :)We went back for brunch the next day. Sat on their lovely terrace. Equally as perfect.Wish like hell Jine was closer to our home in Karlsruhe. We would be frequent flyers for sure. 2 happy fans: Lydia & Sharon

We visited Volklingen to see the Ironworks and stumbled upon a terrific, family-run Italian restaurant near our hotel. We tried both the pizza diavola and pasta vongole and both were delicious. (The pizza was huge and we ate the rest for lunch the next day!)The staff was kind with our very limited German. We enjoyed the cozy family atmosphere.

Ãbersichtlich und lecker. Die Pinsa Ist eine Spezialität, die man hier im Umkreis nicht so kennt. Interessant ist, dass der Belag erst nach dem Backen zugefügt wird. Das bekommt den Zutaten sehr gut. Die Karte ist klein und übersichtlich, wie es sich gehört, wenn man Besonderes anbieten will.Danke für Ihre Bewertung und wir freuen uns das es Ihnen gefallen hat.

Wir waren zum Abendessen bei Gio's und hatten vorher einen Tisch bestellt. Das war auch nötig, denn das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich wie in einem Wohnzimmer. Das Essen ist sehr gut, auch optisch sehr fein hergerichtet. Zur Pizza wird ein extra Pizza-Messer serviert, sehr aufmerksam. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich, stets aufmerksam, aber nie aufdringlich.

Mal wieder im La Pulia gelandet und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Sehr gute Pasta und Fischgerichte. Mit groÃer Liebe werden frische Muscheln zubereitet. Geheimtipp beim Kellner oder Chef einfach nachfragen was heute an frischen Fisch da ist. So bekam ich ganz frische Babycalamaris vom Grill welche ein Gedicht waren. Genial frisch und lecker ist ein Pizzabrot welches immer bei der Getränkebestellung unaufgefordert gereicht wird. Aufpassen an Pizza Brot ist man sich gerne satt.Auch beim Wein bitte nicht alleine auf die Weinkarte verlassen, sondern ruhig beim Personal nachfragen ob sie einen Geheimtipp haben. Franco der Oberkellner ist äuÃerst freundlich und lieb zu unseren Kindern und hat manche geniale Flasche Wein aus seinem Weinkeller hervor gezaubert, also nur zu und nachfragen was ist noch für gibt was nicht auf der Karte steht.

Habitant à la frontière, ma famille et moi même nous sommes souvent rendus dans ce restaurant et nous n'avons été encore jamais déçu! En appéritif nous prenons à chaque fois une pizza que nous nous partageons, elles sont délicieuses, la pâte est très bonne (il est déjà arrivé que mon père fasse tout le trajet juste pour prendre leurs pizzas à emporter et nous les ramener à la maison). Leur gros point fort selon moi et leur salade donnée avant la viande, leur sauce est exquise, un vrai régal!Je me prends à chaque fois une esclaope pânée, toujours délicieuse, le reste de ma famille n'a jamais été déçu par les viandes, les pâtes, les pizzas. Et si vous ne finissez pas votre assiette vous pouvez emmener vos restes à la maison!Bémol par contre sur l'environnement, décoraction vraiment vraiment très vieilotte à l'image de la vaisselle (les couverts), essayez d'avoir des places sous la véranda vous serez plus à l'aise.
