Such a charming little town between the sea and the mountain, Cuglieri is a nightmare when it comes to dining out at night: very few restaurants, and no outdoor space to enjoy a little breeze on a hot summer night.. At least this one has a courtyard where one can enjoy his pizza and conversation without sweating or having to cope with air conditioning.. Better than nothing then, but the village deserves to finally get more nice places to go in the evening.

For the very hungry. Lots of food for 25Euros. Mainly fresh local products; no menu, you eat and drink what you get; very informal setup, a small playground outside for the children, nice view of the sun setting on the sea. Brisk service, generally unimpressive food accompanied by a simple, rough, very young cannonau wine.

In Sardinia, in the area of Oristano, there is an excellent restaurant on the coast of the beach Sâarchittu, called Altamarea. In this restaurant calamari, seabass, pasta with clams are, as well as exceptional Chocolate Souffle! It was all high-quality in my opinion and I hope you go and visit it.

Great sea views ,traditional restaurant featuring a dining terrace and lovely dining room with tall windows and high ceilings.Unfortunately nothing else was good!Service was very poor ,waitress seemed iritated that customers were interrupting her day ! We ordered two pasta dishes,both poor in terms of taste and quantity.

Fantastic location and prices are very good.However we ordered 2 pizzas and 2 pasta dishes and waited for an hour and 15 minutes....the restaurant was not full and there were certainly enough staff on hand. When I complained I was told that the waitress had told me that Pizzas always take longer, I replied that I was not told this however it appeared that I was not believed and the owner(he) was quite rude. When I went to pay the bill the lady owner apologised and offered me a liquer which I declined and then took 10% off the bill so a small gesture. Shame her husband was not more gracious after all the customer is always right.

We had the grilled meat and fish platters. The fish was the best.Pizzas also looked nice although we didnât have one this time.Location great as right on the beach.

We stopped here for lunch and wanted pizza. Nope, they only serve pizza for dinner and on weekends. Bummer! We were disappointed. We ordered a salad and a bruschetta. The salad was OK but the bruschetta was boring. Nothing special. Inexpensive, at least.Ci dispiace che non abbiate potuto mangiare la pizza a pranzo ma noi, fatta eccezione per la domenica ed alcune occasioni speciali, serviamo la pizza solo la sera... come la maggior parte delle pizzerie qua in Sardegna... ci dispiace che non abbiate trovato di vostro gradimento il gusto delle bruschette, che invece, di solito, sono molto apprezzate... vi ringraziamo, comunque di esserci venuti a trovare e prenderemo le vostre critiche come un incentivo per migliorarci e fare sempre meglio.

Having driven 100 miles down the west coast of Sardinia i was looking for somewhere to have Sunday lunch- this restaurant was on a bend in the road facing an amzing view of the ocean. The place was packed with local families and the menu was only in Italian- always good signs! I chose melon and prosciutto for antipasti- four large slices of juicy melon and plenty of prosciutto. Next fish ravioli in a brown nutty butter sauce- amazing! To finish the meal a panna cotta and coffee- total bill 28 euros- fantastic value for a really tasty well cooked meal. Friendly and well timed service with a smile.

Late evening visit for a couple of fish dishes. Really great mussels, awesome shrimp and some really excellent fries. Great location and on a clear night a brilliant sunset view. Drinks well priced but salad a little expensive for what it was. The only issue, which was no fault of the restaurant, was the mosquitoes! I'd take your own citronella candle if you're sitting on the terrace!Well worth a visit Thank you for your review, and for appreciating both our dishes and our structure. We are sorry that the mosquitoes have bothered you, we usually place several "zampironi" that most often manage to keep them away. See you soon with the hope of deserving the 5 star.
