located on rossano hill, hard to find a parking place for uor car... pizza not so bad but u definitely have to try local specialities. calabrian food is amazing and in this restaurant they r prety well represnted. recomended it

In assoluto, la pizza migliore di Rossano. Impasto leggerissimo, condimenti di alta qualità . Si vede che il pizzaiolo lavora con amore e passione. Se venite a Rossano deve essere una tappa obbligatoria!!

Siamo ritornati in questo pub/ristorante dopo un anno dall'ultima volta, perché ci era rimasto uno splendido ricordo. Le aspettative sono state soddisfatte anche stavolta! Lo standard del locale si è mantenuto ottimo, sia per il cibo che per le birre. Una nota di merito va al personale, che sa consigliare i migliori abbinamenti, propone alternative senza essere invadente, ed è cortese e professionale. L'ambientazione, poi, è molto suggestiva ed il locale in pietra è davvero particolare. I piatti di carne sono ricchissimi, stesso dicasi per gli stuzzichini iniziali. Credo che siano i prezzi siano giusti così. Penso proprio che ci ritorneremo ancora!

My group of 10 were recommended his charming trattoria by Mario at the Tenuta Ciminata Greco for dinner. There was no menu, and as often can be the case this turned out to be a good sign. We had a lovely series of mixed antipasti to share, followed by spaghetti with anchovies (or another pasta alternative); and then steak or baccala with tomatoes. All delicious and served with copious lovely local red wine. The total came to â¬221, which the ever attentive and delightful Giovanni reduced to â¬200. At â¬20 per head, this was terrific value.

We tried first a variety of starters that represented a very interesting mix of flavors from the sea and the mountains, all well prepared and very tasty. The highlight was however the great pasta with anchovies and wild fennel.The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I've been eating around calabria for 2 weeks! The food is amazing almost everywhere, but if you pop in in Rossano you must have a meal here! The owners are so nice and the fish is perfectly cooked and fresh! The price is a joke! So cheap for a good quality. Happy to announce that the dessert tastes like heaven! Well done guys, definetly recomended!

Visited this restaurant when we were traveling in Calabria. The place is nice, very cosy but the food is just amazing. I'm vegetarian and there was one vegan in our group and it was absolutely no problem. We had antipasti, huge plate with all kinds of different vegetables, all super tasty, especially eggplants. Then I had pasta and it was really good. I want to come back to Calabria just to go to that restaurant. The owner is very nice guy and the service is great. I wish there were more stars than 5 in this raiting.
