We love places like this: you'll see a good cross-section of middle-class Italians on a night out, including extended families, couples of couples, a table full of 15-year-old girls (ordering wine). Good, everyday food. If you stay at the nearby, fabulous B&B "Nascondiglio di Bacco" you will undoubtedly it here once or twice. We came two nights in a row.

Allora capiamoci: dalle poche recensioni precedenti non si capiva se fosse un posto sperduto e trascurato o cosa....Allora ho deciso di provare.Stradina sterrata nella vallata e ad un tratto entrate in un angolo di paradiso a 5 minuti da Cupra. Una casa rustica meravigliosa in un contesto sì rurale, ma talmente ben tenuto che rimarrete a bocca aperta.Lascio qualche foto di interni ed esterni così vi fate un'idea.Veniamo al cibo. Antipasti di salumi, formaggi con marmellate, verdure gratinate e fritte. Varie portate e tutte locali, di grande qualità e con il sapore delle Marche vere.Due scelte di primi, maccheroncini al ragù (che poi sobo delle tagliatelline sottilissime fatte a mano) e tortelloni con ripieno di carne. Ho visto farci la scarpetta! Erano, giuro, sorprendenti.Noi non siamo riusciti ad affrontare i secondi e siamo passati al dolce, conposto da tanti assaggi di torte fatte in casa, crostate, salame di cioccolato, torta di mandorle.Vino, acqua e caffè ad un prezzo che vi sorprenderà !No qui chiedo ufficialmente a TripAdvisor la sesta stella, cinque non bastano.Lasciarvi le foto anche dei piatti servirà a farvi correre al telefono per prenotare....Faccio ai gestori i miei complimenti. Avete creato un gioiello!Bravi!

This cute little restaurant in the very pleasant Montefiore del Aso serves dinner both à la carte or as a 4 course menu where a selection from the main menu. This is a great deal for 25⬠incl. drinks!! The food and wine was very good as was the service and we had a perfect start into our vacation! Definitely coming back!

The other chosen restaurant was closed (they only open for dinner) so we didn't knew where to go, luckily a guy sitting in the piazza told us we could have lunch here... great choice... a simple plain restaurant, cold I would add, with no particular decor but has some nice hill views if sitting outdoors (but was so hot outside) so better stay indoors, away the heating temperatures...We decided to have the worker's menu (12.00); stuffed olives and dumplings (5.00); a steak (10.00); small salad bowl (2.00); digestif shots. Food were well done, really good and delicious; they have some cuts of beef in the fridge which can be seen (and chose) close to the fireplace.We had the loveliest and friendliest waitress, service the best we had in this trip!

We had the opportunity to dine at La Contrada with some friends who own a B&B near by. It certainly helps anytime to order with a local on your side. Our experience was very good. We ordered 1 kilo of beef to serve 2 couples and it was enough along with some pasta and grilled veggies. It was fun having Paulo slice the slab of meat and then cooking it ourselves to our liking on the hot rock. The place is not easy to find and there are some blind ridges on the way up but worth the trip.Thank you for having spent an evening with us!Come back and visit us again when you want to enjoy all of our specialties! For us it is always important to have good customers satisfied with our Special Meat! See you soon

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant with a group of 15 family and friends. This place was recommended by a local. We were treated very well by the waitress. We spoke no Italian and the waitress spoke very little English. This made the dinner even that much more memorable. We each ordered a first course and a second course. The food was brought to us in large pans that appeared to be the actual pans the food was cooked in. We had so much food and we all shared our dishes with the others at the table. This allowed us to try several of the amazing dishes. The overall favorite was the Carbonara. Once we finished the pasta dishes we were way too full to enjoy any dessert. Fifteen people ate for about $200EUR I highly recommend this restaurant.

I visited this agriturismo which is a bit hidden off the road coming down from Ripatransone towards Cupra (watch for the sign on your left as you descend-not illuminated). We were warmly welcomed by the brother that takes care of the dining area and brings his brother's traditional agriturismo/Marche fare to the table. Abundant antipasti, 2 very nice primi and a secondo were all very good and surprisingly the family wine is really excellent (ask for the Petit Verdot if there is any left, otherwise the Cabernet is quite good). Well worth the trip and the price can't be beat- 22 euros all inclusive when I went. Only open on weekends as the family all work keeping up the vines, olive trees, vegetable garden etc. which must keep them very busy during the week.

Wow, such a nice place ! We were here 2 years ago and now came back. Great location right on the beach, very fresh seafood. Many nice dishes which you can share. Let the owner decide for you, he will bring you a nice variety. Mainly fish but very good. Nice atmosphere, owner is a great guy who takes very good care of you. Just go there !
