Well, except that it can't possibly get any better--at least, not in regard to a culinary experience. The food, the service, the ambience all contributed to a perfect experience. Our reservation was a bit earlier than Italians customarily eat, but we were seated right away by Linda, our very knowledgeable, gracious server (who, along with her sister, Caterina, does much of the restaurant's baking). Linda helped us with our order, and we were soon enjoying a wonderful starter--a fried squash blossom filled with cheese and accompanied with shrimp and fried. zucchini thinly sliced on a mandolin. Delicious. Followed that with mixed grill fish and a dish billed as "Neapolitan lasagna reinvented by the chef." Both were wonderful, but the lasagna was off the charts. Still dreaming about it. Tiramisu, an excellent lemon cake, and coffee rounded it all off. Chef Vito offers cooking classes, and after last night's meal, my wife is ready to sign up.

We had a wonderful experience at La Moressa. We accidentally missed our reservation (thought it was later) and although they had to give our table away, they were extremely sweet about it and gave us Prosecco while we waited. We both got pizza and it was very good. We did go at night, so it was nice to see all the lights of the coast. I know it would be a great place for a sunset view as well.

We stayed at the hotel for a week and so ate at this restaurant twice, plus a few times for a light snack or a dessert and final drink after being out elsewhere.A classy, romantic atmosphere with excellent views from the terrace location. The standout dishes were the salted cod croquette entree. The beef ravioli main was amazing. One of our family had it the first night and the next time 4 out of 5 had it. It is a little small with only 4 pieces (quite rich though) but when we asked could we have a bigger serve the friendly waiter said yes he can organise 5 pieces. The desert standout was the arabica coffee mouse with chocolate cream and kahlua coffee sponge. We felt the raw fish tartare wasn't that great though (large pieces of raw seafood and pretty bland except for dollops of lemon) and the kaiser pear mouse desert wasn't great either, the mousse was quite lumpy (my apologies if this is how it is meant to be but I wasnt a fan). Service was always friendly but one time our drinks were forgotten and another time when just ordering a drink and desert when coming home from somewhere else it took nearly half an hour to get our drink. Not perfect but overall a great restaurant. If you are in Praiano for a week definitely put this on the list.

This elegant restaurant arranged a fixed menu meal for our group of 27. They provided us with white glove service and delicious food, with a view so beautiful it looked unreal.

Absolutely loved this place! We ate there multiple times during our stay and enjoyed every dish we ate. Such a lovely family restaurant, Armandino is a character and made us feel like family. We will miss this place the most. Eat the homemade pasta, eat loads of seafood and make sure to try their homemade limoncellos!

We loved our dinner here, food was fantastic! Just beware the portion sizes- my starter would have served 4 people, itâs a shame we were not warned as I hate waste! Thatâs the only negative, everything else was fantastic. Be sure to book in advance

Dine under a pergola of lemon trees, gaze at the twinkling canopy of lights and enjoy the good food and friendly service at Costa Diva. The gastronomic highlight was surprisingly a regional spaghetti bolognese. Langoustine were slightly overdone for my taste, but the flavour was sweet and delightful. Great service, charming atmosphere.Dear Marcella, thank you for your sweet and flattering words. At Restaurant Costa Diva, we love to offer you excellent food with a professional and caring service in our luscious lemon garden with a majestic sea view. This restaurant is a must. If you are on the Amalfi Coast in this area you must have your dinner in this restaurant. It is family run with fun as youâre having your food, the time we went the father and mother were also at the restaurant working, the father sings the night away, Whatâs the star of the show by far is the food, we had seafood to start and seafood made, the food was delicious from start to finish. The atmosphere in the restaurant is beautiful, the scenery is excellent, I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.

After spending a week in Positano and eating at a different restaurant for every lunch and dinner, I can say that DâAielloâs Family exemplifies what I would describe if asked about an âauthentic Positano experienceâ.Located on the second floor of the small Hotel Savoia, the restaurant has approximately twenty tables on their terrace and a bit more than that inside. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, without being pretentious. We enjoyed wine, appetizers, pasta, seafood and even a very well-prepared steak. Everything was excellent, with pricing a bit below what we expected for food and service of this caliber. The wine list was not overpowering, but had a nice assortment of local wines for every price point. The service was professional, personal and engaging. Our waiter made us feel right at home and never âphoned it inâ as is so typical of tourist destinations.Highly recommend.
