Restaurant is separated from a bar. Family-run small restaurant. Some of the pastas are home made and delicious. Very well prepared and honest food at a very affordable price. Service is also friendly and helpfull. Top!

Restaurant, pizzeria owned by two brothers. We went there three times. Very good pizza and the tagliata was amazing.Prices compared to Belgium where very low.

Cena tra amici, molto buoni gli antipasti ed abbondanti, tra cui spiccano il timballp di patate, i peperoni, e le verdure pastellate, buoni anche salumi e gli asparagi con speck.Il primo con peperoni e salsiccia buono ma slegato.Ottima la carne arrosto.

A wonderful experience. The freshest ingredients grown on the farms own sun-dried tomatoes. Hosted by the farms owner who explained how everything was grown - the food was simple southern Italian farm style and without doubt the tastiest and freshest you'll find anywhere. Make the effort and seek out this out of the way gem. It's simply outstanding. Buy some of the farms produce so you can extend the experience once you leave.Many thanks, we love this land and we love our job too.To the next time!!

Siamo stati in questo bellissimo agriturismo per il battesimo della bimba di una coppia di carissimi amici ...io userei in unica parola per descrivere tutto :IMPECCABILE ...impeccabile nei sapori( semplici ma che rispecchiano a pieno la tradizione e che risaltano la materia prima),nel servizio (si creano le giuste pause per poter assaporare le portate con gusto),nel rapporto qualità prezzo,nella cura della location dove appena si entra si ha la sensazione di essere a casa !è stata la prima volta qui e di certo ce ne saranno molte altre!...

I'm from the north of Italy and I have been here for the first time. The restaurant is a surprise and I suggest it to all the people that have the occasion to travel through the Basilicata. There are good places, very good places and in the end there are unforgettable places. The "locanda dell'abate"is one of them. The menu is daily changed. The food was extraordinary and the chef has a unique fantasy with the ingriedients. The day I've been there they served me fish, I'm not usually crazy of it but it took the chef advices. I've enjoyed till the last bit.The place is situated in the old and hystorical side if the town and the atmosphere is really good..

We were a large group and chose the selection of food. This gave a good selection of the regional Italian food and it just kept coming.... We eat very well, the experience was made even better by the consumption of some excellent regional wines.Very good food and service.

The place stands for burgers, bakery, cafe. While i didnt check out the other options i did have burgers and fries. The different flavors/toppings of burgers are good variety and decent in size. If you are expecting an American super-size burger you will not find that here as European burgers are smaller in size. But dont let that deter you. Taste was wonderful and the sliced potato chips that accompany it are freshly made. We also ordered a side of french fries because we didnt realize the chips came with it and they were good as well. Equally as good and equally as fresh.
