Given the size of our family, our number enabled us to pick seven options from the menu. Each and every one was deliciously spot-on, delightfully Italian in its masterful simplicity paired with great taste. The service was perfectly hospitable, easy-going and quite a relief after some other experiences nearby. We recommend this restaurant and will go there again when visiting Carcassonne.

Spotted this just off the main road in Trebes. The restaurant itself is through a large arch where there is plenty of parking. Tables available under the shady trees or inside. Many locals having lunch when we were there. Menu du midi was good. Starter was a buffet volonte with lots of choice. Pizzas were lovely and thin. Nothing was too much trouble. Card machine did not work when I was there so take cash as well!!

English brothers Rex and Victor recently reopened this Cafe/Bar after the previous French owner retired. It has been restyled in a modern theme using decotage paper to good effect.They now offer food, which includes a large range of pizza as well as entrecôte steak, salads and croque monsier.Great atmosphere, popular with locals and if you are travelling on the canal, well worth the 10 minutes walk from the moorings in the small town.It does not open on Monday, but neither does the Boulangeri, which sits on the opposite side of the road.Good luck with your new venture boys!

Ended up coming here three times in two weeks. Fab welcome.food amazing and local heard of buffalo supply mozzarella. Magical ambience and really good wine choice. Beautiful decor and ambiance. Did not find better in either Lagrasse,Trèbes or Carcassonne.

We've been in the area for ten years but had never tried this place. Several people told us it was good, so we did. Very pleasant thin crusty pizzas, range of good toppings. I find it pleasant, straightforward and good value when I want something quick and good.

I like to write positive reviews. I rarely slam, and never without reason. This place was stunningly bad. The staff seemed to take a strange delight in making us wait for menus, food, and especially for the check. 45 minutes of watching someone refill salt and pepper shakers.? That was just sadistic. Yes, Iâm very familiar with the local customs, and I get it that the pace is different. Thatâs not what is going on here. Hey, the pizza and salads are fine, so if you have 3 hours to kill, by all means, stop by. But you may end up feeling like youâre hanging out with the extras from One Flew Over the Cuckooâs Nest.Hello; I do not know what happened during your stay, but it all seems odd to me, but you have not fallen into an asylum of madness as you seem to describe it, although I adore as much as you do this leader. cinematographic work I will not make my reference nor to describe anyone that it would not be very elegant and to say everything very rude not very intelligent. the only logical explanation for your bad experience is that you arrived before the service and you were spectators of the establishment of the servers, with us three hours of waiting is impossible that you will sit at the table at 19h to be served at 22h.we serve a few hundred customers every night between 19h and 21h30

Greatly enjoying our visit to France but very frustrated by the few restaurants open in late September.....where are the locals let alone the many tourists we see??? Great pizzas, pasta and duck....went back a second night when again nothing else worthwhile was open.

We had the best pizza in this tiny little casual restaurant. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly and made us the most fantastic pizza - highly recommended. The best food in the town by far.

Seemingly the only restaurant in town (apart from a bar that closes early) offering a sit down meal in the evenings, though they also offer a take away service. It's small and popular with locals, so booking is essential. We ate here twice in the 4 days we were in town. Pizzas are realistically priced and are huge, with a range of toppings divided into veggie, seafood, meat / chicken and various combinations of cheese. Really good value, and the wine is reasonable. The restaurant also has aircon.

An amazingly friendly place. Although the opening times are are shown be prepared for a slight delay sometimes. Prices are clearly marked outside the restaurant for meals taken inside while take-away prices are cheaper. All in all a very good place for pizzas.
