The service was quite good but don't order pizza. The worst pizza I ate all my life was served here. I tried to speak to a waiter about this problem but he joked with me and said that he knows that it is terrible. And after a hour one of my friends is still waiting for a salad. I'll forget this place

Hello. To resume a review, I found a small but cozy bar in the center of the city, where I was searching only for some beer and fish. The result was to discover an super restaurant where one week time I tray all the rest of the menu. The staff was keeping a good company and I just love them, the beer of course was ice cold, and the food, well the food was just excellent. All the menu its made with talent and attention to the client and details. so: funny, good, pleasant, lovely.this is my review about Onyxx Constanta. thanks my friends for make my days there a pleasure. My girlfriend and I came back to the seaside and we could not miss the opportunity to eat again at Ballans restaurant. I couldn't wait to eat a spicy mexican platter again and my girlfriend loves their pancakes. We especially asked to be served by the same waiter, Florin .. he did not disappoint us this time either. We can't wait to come back next year !!!

Located in the old city, or peninsula of Constanta, this restaurant offers a good choice of seafood and drinks, one of the best dishes being the mussels. Good for families and friends, tables are cozy and the space allows some privacy for a quiet dinner.

This is a good pub which is also serving food. The food menu is not very advanced,but they have very good spareribs and approved fish'n chips. However her I also observed one guest smoking an electronic cigarette, even at the bar.

Only recommended for the sea view. The rest, the food and the service, was pretty bad. The girls serving were too bored for the job. The food was mediocre, and the main dish had a really bad taste (octopus, 20 Euros). I did complained about it, but nobody cared, and the food stood on the table untill the end. Canât recomand this restaurant, as you can find much better places in Constanta.

On a cloudy Saturday evening, we arrived at the restaurant and found an amazing view over the Black Sea and the Evangelia shipwreck. There weren't so many customers, mainly because of the rain that had fallen previously, and the chilly weather. Yet, all the tables were set and the place looked amazing with the lights on. We were 4 people and we had a previous reservation, so everything went smoothly. The waiter arrived fast, took our drink order and left us the menu, being eager to answer our questions about some fish dishes. We ordered one plateau of seafood for 2 and another of fish and chips for 2, but they are way bigger, one plateau was enough for 4 people. The seafood dish came with delicious grilled polenta and two divine sauces, lutica and garlic sauce. They all tasted amazing, well-cooked and not greasy at all.I kindly recommend the restaurant to all fish and seafood lovers who come to Costinesti, also to those who just want to have a great experience by the seafront.Thumbs up for Pofta Pescarului!

This is an unexpectedly nice place at the small local Tuzla airport. Inside, the restaurant is very nicely set and decorated with a good size terrace overlooking the airfield. Outside, unfortunately, it is rather ill-kempt with quite a few stray dogs roaming around. The menu offers burgers, sandwiches, salads and other pub grub which are freshly prepared and very tasty. The service is almost non-existent and does not speak any English at all. Still, not a bad place when in the neighborhood.

I have struggled to find a decent restaurant in Eforie, most of the restaurants are budget or self serve. This was one of the very few decent restaurants I've found in the area. It was packed when we arrived but by chance we have found a free table. The prices are higher than in other restaurants in the area, however not very expensive. The menu is very diverse and you have lots of choices. As the place was packed and we were in a hurry, we had decided to have mussels in red wine, hoping these will be served quicker. This is because there is an outside cooking area where these (together with some sea food 'take away' stuff) were cooked for people who were passing by and did not want to stay in the restaurant. We have asked the waitress if the service will be quicker if we only want mussels and the answer was positive. However, the were lots of customers buying 'take away', so it took about 30 minutes for the food to reach our table, as the chef was busy selling to the people on the street. The mussels were cooked already, we could see these as we were 1 metre away. However, either the staff was not present to take the plates to the table, either the chef was too busy to put these in the plates, so it was a bit of a wait. The mussels were great, we had a very good meal. So, why 4 and not 5 stars? The waitress forgot about our drinks, after reminding her a few times, eventually the drinks arrived, but this was only when we were already half way eating. Because it took longer that we were expecting for the food to arrive and because we had no drinks, I had to purchase extra things from the 'outside kitchen', hoping the chef will hand us the plates with mussels as well, this was not the case. The waitress gave us a wrong bill. However, due to the quality of the food, we had a good experience and we wanted to come back, unfortunately this has not happened. Try it, if you don't want to eat the usual rubbish in Eforie, this is a decent restaurant.
