This restaurant serves delicious food at very affordable prices. The setup of the place is colorful with lots of beautiful photos at the wall. It is quite spacious and offers enough tables even in more crowded moments. It seems to me that the French-Vietnamese owners had a certain philosophy in designing kebab ngon: "Let us dedicate ourselves to create a wonderful food experience for our customers, use the best ingredients and make super-delicious banh mis, shwarmas and pita breads and offer them to our fellow traveller friends from all over the world. And let's do it least expensive as possible! Me and my partner ate here for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it, the carbonara pasta is nice and fresh and the Greek salad is great. However we decided to go back after enjoying it the first time so much and were rather dissatisfied. We ordered the same again and there just seemed to be a few inconsistencies, the pasta seemed to be slightly bland and not so saucy and the Greek salad was quite a lot more acidic that you could feel it sting your lips. We still ate all of our food as we were hungry but when we mentioned that it was better the first time we were told that it was exactly the same and that it couldnât be different even though we felt that it was. Personally as a couple who work in hospitality we both thought that they could have responded differently to our comment and asked us why we werenât as satisfied but instead they shrugged off our comment and made no effort to understand our point. Ruby is a great waiter, speaks great English and they clear the table promptly after you have finished. Overall I give a 3/5 as I feel the food has great potential as we found out the first time but there are a few minor flaws I think they could work on to make sure the flavours are more consistent with each dining experience.

Absolutely lovely views, staff are super helpful and friendly. The selection of beers is really good too! The local beers are extremely worth trying, like La rue lager and Imperial IPA. Short Review: compared to other restaurants in the same price range, this is a good restaurant, the food istasty, well presented, and more sophisticated than most. The setting is clean and well maintained, atmosphere is rather sobre. Service was good and servers speaks good English. Price is very resonable for service offered. We will likely return. Long review: We went there only once, for dinner on Sunday. Restaurant was not very full and we were offered a table with a nice view on the city (only 4 tables have a view). Atmosphere is relaxing with an ambiance music, dim light and a candle on each table. For starter, we took the veggetable soup, vietnam style clam, and shrimp bisque. Booth the soup and the bisque were very tasty, our little one loved the veg soup! The clam was average, some had some sand. For dinner, we had the braised seafood-trio, the lamb with chickpea puree, and pasta with mushrooms and artichoke. The sea-food was very fresh but was a bit dry for our taste, maybe we left it for too long in the hot cast iron stove. The pasta was good but not "al dente", the black olives really made the difference. The lamb with the chickpea puree was the highlight: lamb very very tender, cooked to perfection, and the puree was amazing and all together worked very well. Service was good, with waiter speaking English. Only downside is that they served one of the starters 10 minutes after the two others. The bill was very resonable 2MVND for 3 starters, 3 mains, 2 desserts and 2 glasses of wine. Last week, I joined my friends to attend pizza festival and very impressed about their pizza. Then we came back again last night and we had a wonderful time. Food was delicious and the ocean view was fantastic while dining. We love the restaurant atmosphere, elegant, cozy and peaceful. We recommended the local food, beef, fish and pomelo salad. The price was reasonable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Kudos to Thanh, Trang and Jay. I am Marriott Titanium member and we chose the breakfast as our benefit for 5 nights stay. We both enjoyed breakfast of Pho with fresh watermelon juice, pastries with hot cappuccino, finished by the fresh fruit. Staff is friendly and working hard to accommodate the busy morning crowd.
