Great Indian food, more than generous portions, taste can take a back seat as this is mainly food for the masses, but still well made. Most importantly clean and direct delivery from the cook's pot to your table. The food took around 8 minutes to prepare, but came with soup, a rough salad, extra bread, fried veggies, a pitcher of cold water and napkins. If you are on the go and on a budget this is the place to get stuffed!

Its beside Minar e Pakistan Restaurant.The food is average, There are Sri Lankan Snacks like chinese rolls and patties, More of Indian food.The best is the Whole Wheat Chappati which most basic Indian restaurants don't serve.Very Reasonably priced. Very friendly owner who is most of the time is at the cashiers. Go early if you need fresh food. Its a good basic restaurant for a quick eat.

I am reviewing this restaurant regarding my second visit, I went for dinner with my wife a daughter, having the impression for good service and tasty food of the prior visit, Unfortunately I was disappointed, first of all the service was poor, less staff and slow service, if you need some thing, you have to be lucky seeing a waiter not busy or passing through, also my wife and daughter ordered a shrimp dish, both got a chicken dish ! ?. But to be fair they replaced it back with the right selection and offered mye the two chicken plate free of charge which I am thankful, Food is too much salty , which I believe this is due most of Indian restaurants used MSG and a food coloring, I didn't enjoy the food taste as I did in my previous visit, therefore I am not sure if I will visit this restaurant back . Had oppurtunity to try out the new menu at Asha's @ Bouleward.Tried out Komdi Vade, thick coconut gravy chicken curry with Puri. This is really awesome and tasty.Special mention to the chef for the freshly prepared Saffron Milk Cake, which is really wonderful.Excellent hospitality by Mr.Thahir and Mr.Hussain who explained in detail on the new menu from Asha's team.I recommend everyone to try this out.Dear Jayakrishnan,Thank you for reviewing us.
