This restaurant may be quite hard to find, tucked away and up a flight of stairs.First, the staff were extremely welcoming.The menu included all the usual Indian restaurant food.We chose onion bhaji and sheek kebab to start and it was delicious. Freshly prepared.Our mains were Lamb jalfrezi and garlic chilli chicken with pilau rice.We were most impressed with the food and can thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Ate at this restaurant tonight and found the food to be excellent. The restaurant is bright, sunny and cheerful and overlooks the Golf Course. The food is reasonably priced and the service is excellent. Do try this restaurant which is under new management as you will not be disappointed. They are a separate business from the golf club so if it looks a bit untidy as you enter the car park it has nothing to do with the restaurant. We had chicken tikka bhuna with pilau rice, Bombay potato, sagaloo and nan bread which was delicious.

Ordered a meal to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday.It was, as always amazing!Good delivery timing...All dishes well cooked and hot.Complimentary poppadoms as always.And very sweetly, they put some desert in for my daughter on her 21st.We LOVE the food, and even when trying new curries, have not been disappointed.

Yet again another fantastic evening at the Balti House, its like coming home for dinner, the staff are fantastic, friendly, helpful and will suggest something you have not tried if you wish, this is because they generally remember what you have ordered in the past, I recommend the Chicken Tikka Tawa,Balti style with Kashmeri rice.

We booked to come for a birthday meal for my mum today at 14:00 via the website, it was really easy and hassle free. Before we arrived I realised we had forgot birthday candles. I called the restaurant and they said theyâd supply them for me. Thank you!When we arrived I asked for some high chairs as two of our party were under two (Sunday is described as âfamily dayâ on the menu) but the guy explained to me that due to a previous incident they do not supply high chairs. Whilst I understand as a company they need to ensure they are protected against claims etc, Iâd say it would probably be more business smart to provide high chairs and display a notice saying that if high chairs are used it is the parents responsibility to ensure they are used correctly and safely which would then clear the restaurant of any liability if an accident relating to use of the high chairs was to occur. Luckily with some clever use of a baby car seat we were able to make shift a chair so we could sit my 1 year old son at the table. Our meal was lovely, hot and fresh tasting. There were less exotic options for the non adventurous members of the group (nuggets and chips). We would definitely come again, but unfortunately not until the little ones are old enough to sit on a normal chair.Thank you!Thank you for your feedback, we are glad that you have enjoyed the overall experience at Garden of India. The staff were really attentive and friendly. I will start the review off with a positive, the food is really good one of the best Indians around this area. But the staff are slow and didnât seem to be bothered with taking our order. We had to ask to ordered our main meal. Itâs such a shame as I have said the food is amazing. If the service improves you should get 5 stars.

Our local curry house, and honestly the best curry both of us have ever had. The veggie biryani is perfect plus the saag paneer is perfect. Iâve had several of the chicken curries over the years - jalfrezi and korai are my personal favourites. Diligent service but always busy; try and go early if you want to get your food super quick!

We have been coming to the raj for 10 years. The service is fantastic and the food is absolutely delicious. We have never had a bad meal and the staff make you feel so welcome. We have dined in various groups, as a couple, with friends and all the family. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed and is the best Indian in the area.
