Good but some things to settle
Reviewed By kokal78We stay 3 nights in this Hotel for a working travel into near shipyard. Rooms are good and clean, but in mine there are some things to settle in the bathroom: shower door was damaged and almost impossible to use; the microphone water switch does not work good. Sink drainage lost water under into the wall connection. Breakfast was rich but obiouvsly in Turkish tradition. Friendly staff and right price complete a positive judgment.

Reviewed By IrlantilainenThis hotel, contrary to TripAd's map and listing, is on the main coastal highway about 5km south of Eregli, a good half hour or more by dolmus from Zonguldak. A standard business hotel, it's bland but welcoming, with clean spacious rooms, most with balconies, and a surprisingly good restaurant. Beer and wine available - a bonus in this untouristed part of Turkiye. The kahvalti breakfast was excellent, even by Turkish standards. The most convenient otogar is not in congested Eregli, but in quiet Alapli, west along the coast highway. The dolmus stop is directly outside the hotel. A good stopover if you plan on taking the very scenic train ride between Zonguldak and Karabuk, near historic Safranbolu.

The negative side of the hotel was: they gave us the smokable room even without asking our preferences. we kindly ask them to change the bedlinen with new ones and the did it as soon as possible. The breakfast is just a bit point further than okay. The bed and the pillows were so soft. It was unconfortable to sleep

I stayed in the Bab-ı Sehrazat of the room Which has a perfect decoration in the hotel in my opinion :) Rooms are clean, minibar staff is including the room fee and all rooms has the sea view.. You feel the Black Sea soul Whilst staying in this hotel.. Also another thing that I loved is the rail way is just on the hotel But that doesnt disturb you at all.. Hotel is kinda a unique concept.. View, rooms, train, nature makes your stay memorable one.. I loved the restorant service aswell. Also thankyou to the Mr Tarkan Who kindly welcomed me and assists me my all stay :) Will be back soon :) Best Wishes, Ayça,

Our business trip was so successful and the hotel service was minimum for 5 star! All our request was done and all hotel personal was so kind and smillyface. Food was very good and testy, rooms are large and cleen, wi-fi worked nice. If we'll be againe in that area, for sure we'll choose this hotel againe! Thanks to all hotel personal for them work and effort of what they done for us!

Smalltown Gem at the Black Sea
Reviewed By JernisWe where scouting the northern Turkish costline in the Zonguldak region, and came a cross a sleeping little town called Filyos. This place was awesome!. We where the first tourists ever to stay there.( atleast it felt that way since everyone wanted to know why we where there, and they could not understand why we where there ). The town is somewhat in decay ( as most smaller towns seems to be ?) but there was 3 restaurants that mostly served fresh seafood. Everything ( except the Beach resort Hotel) is very low standard, but the people are friendly, eager to help and its a genuine experience. We stayed at the Newly built Filyos Beach Hotel and Restaurant, it was very high standard with new rooms, good wifi and large restaurant. If you want to se the Black sea from turkey and experience a genuine turkish small town i highly sugest you take some time and stay in Filyos!. Most people dont speak English so you might have some difficulties to communicate.
