But what irritated me, was the fact that nobody from the staff has worn a mask properly or no mask at all. Due to Covid it is mandated to were a mask and it is Hilton policy to were mask in the hotel. With this in mind the staff must lead by example.

We checked-in online via Hilton Honors App so we could chose a room based on our preferences. Staff and Service was amazing all around. Hilton Spa, Gastro, Gym are all TOP. Location-wise one can not really offer much more. The Baltic Sea is approx. 80m away? Dining is amazing day and night. Variety, quality, proportions… Massages are just simply whao in the Spa. Aquapark access especially after 8pm is a unique advantage for the guests as there is hardly anyone. Sauna area is also superb. Gym has complimentary water still, and sparkling. Really nice. Room and Bath were perfectly cleaned and put in order by the precise Cleaning ladies! The interior design is amazingly thoughtfully created. The colors, the lighting, the elements, textures, materials… Gated underground parking. We will be 200% come back regularly!

A gem of a hotel in Kolobrzeg
Reviewed By ChrisHburgMy wife and I spent 5 days in mid-November in this hotel and were very impressed. It is very well located with a beautiful quiet promenade leading to the center or the little harbor in about 20 minutes walk. We can only give 5 stars as everything was perfect, even beyond our expectations. First the design, modern, looking brand new. All areas are spotless, both restaurants, the bar, the lobby, the wellness area, and the room itself. The wellness area has a very luxurious feel and the pool ( 20 meters I believe) and jacuzzi area is particularly spectacular, with very well-thought-out lighting, very impressive indeed. The restaurant area never feels crowded, it is well designed and quiet. We had dinner there which was excellent. The service is very efficient and fast but if you wish to spend more time and have dinner later in the evening, the small restaurant à la carte is really pleasant. The bar area is relaxing, with sometimes live music, piano-bar style. Regarding the buffet breakfast, it is simply fabulous. The choice is abundant, one can order eggs the way one likes and the buffet area is stunning. There is a wide array of little jars with either meat, fish, or cheeses. We really couldn't find anything missing. The atmosphere of the place is very serene, the staff very pleasant and helpful. We will return there, definitely.

Lovely rooms but terrible service
Reviewed By 151patrycjadStayed at the hotel for our honeymoon and went for the beach facing apartment in Ultra Marine. Great location, right on the beach with a scenic 40 min walk into town. From the outside the hotel does look 5 star. The greeting at reception was cold and transactional but efficient. The service in the hotel as a whole is 3 star at best. Long wait for drinks in the bar and spa staff rude. The room we were given was glass fronted but on the ground floor with children playing on the grass 5 yards away so felt like we were in an aquarium. Also no towels in the room. After complaining we were offered the same room two floors up from the second day which made a big difference and had a really nice balcony which got the sun in the afternoon. We paid for breakfast and evening meal included but only ate there once as the food was poor and atmosphere manic. Again not five star standard. Overall a nice hotel in a lovely town but not worth what we paid and certianly not 5 star.

Amazing party and stay
Reviewed By 943helenesWe booked Hotel Dana for at big birthday party. Most of our guests were coming from Europe and would sty there for 3 nights. We got a good deal on rooms for our guests. The party was perfect. We had several meetings with the coordinator Agnieszka Block (in English) and she did everything to meet our wishes, The party was a huge success and the staff from Dana Hotel worked hard during the whole evening and night. We even got a gift from the hotel. The following morning my nephew had birthday and they came with two bottles of sparkling wine and a cake for the birthday boy. They even sang happy birthday for him. What a staff - they were amazing, Can highly recommend the hotel.

Reviewed By HerthabscThis is the 2 time that ma wife and I have visited the "Hamilton" Hotel. We were there to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. The Hotel room was very comfortable and all the staff were super helpful. In particular I would like to say a special thank you to "Katja" on the reception, who organised flowers and a table for me prior to our arrival in the hotel. Throughout our stay Katja was always there to answer any queries as well as all the other staff. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the "Hamilton" (although due to Illnes of some hotel staff etc, not all activities were able to be fulfilled). If I had one thing to change in the hotel it would be the chairs in the "Salzgrotte" they are a little bit uncomfortable. I would recommend the hotel "Hamilton" to anyone who visits Swinemuende, it was a great stay. Thank you all once again for making my wife's and my stay super.

Reviewed By 79GiancaNew year eve. I was literally shocked to see that most of the guests WERE NOT WEARING a mask. Wow. During the check in( long queue with all people standing next to each other , in the lift, walking in the hotel. I did not go to the restaurant and other commons area as I was literally scared. WOW. I have not see something like this anywere else I been travelling. Few others point. - Receptionist did not speak english - service room was until 16 ( as i did not want to go to restaurant in a situation such a the one described above). - gastronomia service did not speak english. - reception was not answering the phone. - toilet paper missing in the room. I understand it was a new year eve but I cannot understand the poor covid measures ( well no measures as what I have seen). I do not know the Polish law but were not even asked for the covid check.

Reviewed By cengizczaltepeHotel has a good location. Stuff very friendly. Restaurant has a good menu. Room is nice and comfortable. Breakfast is good. We visited in Easter time so we tasted tradinarional Polish foods. Swimming pool and spa were nice.
