Too expensive
Reviewed By Mar1ooIn itself there is not much wrong with this hotel, you can spend a good night there. But it is far too expensive for what is offered. The room we had was called a suite, but it was only 1 room. Moreover, according to the booking, he would be 25 square meters. It was 4 by 4 meters. Even if I add the 2-meter bathroom, I am still at 18 meters. (The junior suite would be 20 meters, I am curious how big it really is.) The big disadvantage is that there is no sink in the bathroom, only a shower and toilet. Very awkward. There were thin blankets on the bed, no sheets. We didn't think that was such a hygienic idea. Fortunately we had our own sheet bags with us. There were two dead cockroaches next to the bed, but you get that quickly in the tropics. There was a vending machine in the room that sprayed air freshener into the room every 15 minutes. It sounded like someone blew his nose. The lighting in the room is 1 large bright lamp on the ceiling, not very cozy. All in all so much too expensive.

Room was so so, very hot inside and the ac not working very well, it made a lot of noise but didn’t cool the room enough, couldn’t get the temperature below 27 degrees. You have to put on and off all lamps seperately, so everything old style. Also no breakfast option because I staid here during Ramadan, the restaurant was closed in the morning. Too bad there are not many options in this town!

Horrific and Problematic

Reception had no answers for how he had access to my room, luckily I had the latch on so it could not be opened fully. Also worth noting is that the mechanism to manually lock the door was not working. Two days later on a Sunday afternoon/evening, they decided to start doing repairs to the room next to mine which resulted in a whole lot of hammering, drilling, etc. What poor timing... Add the outdated rooms to the occasion and it’s it’s definitely not worth it.

Saat ini masih ditawarkan hotel nya saja denga fasilitas bisa ke waterpark. Mungkin nanti akan ditawarkan untuk waterpark tanpa harus menginap. Hotel bersih dan nyaman. karyawan hotel ramah. Untuk kamarnya cukup luas. Mungkin tambahan water gun di toilet (dry toilet) atau di tempat shower (fix shower) ditambah keran untuk memudahkan anak kecil dibersihkan setelah BAB. Makanan kurang beragam mungkin ditambahkan makanan asli kota tersebut dan penataan diperhatikan sehingga terkesan kurang rapi dan tidak menerapkan protokol kesehatan.
