Reviewed By deepakmalik777I frequently visit here for work and stay about one month (4 week) in one go. So I think, I can share some reviews. Pros: 1. They are improving a lot, I can feel it during every visit. 2. Best choice in this region. 3. If you have problem related to stay then contact to Mr. Jaypal, you will get best service all time, if you want to try different food then Mr. Abdul in Aroma is the best, he always do experiments for my dinner and I really enjoy it all the time. After all I deserve it being a frequent/long time stay guest??. Cons: 1. If you want anything then explain it and then ask particular guy what he understood. 2. Negligence in terms of service offer (taxi, room service) not so bad in my case but would be great if it can be improved. In the last I would like to thank Mr. Jaypal and Mr. Abdul for making my stay comfortable.

New hotel behind a dirty bus stop on highway
Reviewed By ManojP1478I stayed here for 1 day. Could not find alternative near Gummidipoondi. Hotel building is new and well designed. The cook makes food after you order it. I like this method as it is safe food. Could not sleep well due to noise from some loudspeaker across the road. Front of the hotel gate is dirty. Lot of empty plastic bottles, tobacco pouches are near the gate. I ate phulka and dal. It was good. Bed is too spongy, not good for sleeping.

Reviewed By balsdr9Very calm and quiet place. Excellent service. Restaurant serving Japanese, Korean and Indian food as well. Ample car parking. Terrace is awesome place overlooking Pulicat lake. Near to Sricity. Ideal location to visit Shriharikota and Tirupati. Also 30 minutes drive from Gummudipoondi Industrial estate. To sum up, nice and silent place to stay.

Only good at first view
Reviewed By rallebiBetween palms and a lot of nature bedded are a couple of nice houses. Each house has 2 accomodations with a living room, bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower and a terrace. Both rooms have air-condition and TV. The internet is poor and sometimes not even working. We complained several times but until the end(5weeks) no improvement. The rooms are average maintained. Towels and bedsheets are not really clean, there are several spots of dirtness. I complained about a very dirty and stinky pillow and they just changed the linen. After I put the pillow on the check in counter and asked the server if he wants to lay his head on it I got a new pillow. First stay we're asking for a driver, but because he was almost every time late and had low excuses we rented cars this time. The restaurant food is ok and the servers are very caretaking and friendly. Breakfast buffet is not really present but they prepare several food on demand. Our fazit is that we will not go there again because the management is very poor and does not keep their promises. We are very sad about it because the location is really beautiful.

A Very good place to dine out at such a place
Reviewed By Krishna KNot right on the highway, but a few yards into a lane, you get to access this hotel. The chef is talented enough to fill your tummy with mouth watery dishes. The quality of the food is really good but a bit pricey for the location. Still a go for the for the taste of the food. The place also offers neat and tidy rooms for stay.

Unprofessional and unreliable management
Reviewed By roshu6682Our fully paid for advance booking was cancelled without any intimation to us right on the day of checkin. I was supposed to have a late check in by 8pm today and had informed oyo well in advance about the late check in. I called the hotel at 7pm on my way to enquire about dinner availability. A property manager called Suresh did not even bother to ask for my name and rudely informed that my booking had been cancelled and when I said that I had not received any intimation yet he said they had informed oyo. When I called oyo they had no clue and were unable to reach the property management and they had no other rooms available and as if it was a big favour the oyo customer care executive said he would process the refund which would take 7-14 working days! All this was being conveyed to me after I had made the booking three months in advance! I was left stranded in the middle of the highway at 8pm with 3 kids on hand with no solution given. So I caution everyone never to book this property and never to trust oyo as well. They are most unprofessional. Nobody bothered to even inform beforehand or to apologize. There was no customer service provided by jaikishan of oyo assist and the property manager Suresh does not deserve to be in the hospitality industry.
