Reviewed By jillmK1951XUThe room was fresh, clean and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful making the stay pleasantly enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious. It was hot, good quality and there was plenty of choice. Sonia M stood at the exit to ask if everything had been to my satisfaction and to wish me a safe journey home which was a nice final touch.

Reviewed By hrober19After having our Wedding Reception at the restaurant, we spent the night in the Illuminata Suite. Wow! This hotel is incredible. So many extras, huge bath, waterproof tv, beautiful bed linen and sumptuous pillows. We will 100% be back, as it all went by way too fast. Well worth the money and the breakfast was divine. Thank you so much x

Reviewed By Jpg6264The fan in toilet hummed all night the bed creaked all night upstairs banging all night till 5am dirt in corner next to toilet cold heater not working awful drive next day no sleep want refund there was no one at desk on way out to tell and complain to gold cleaner on way out she said she let reception know I’ve stayed in travel lodge before never had theses problems with no sleep in ashford great hotel we had to drive back to London we were so tired got no sleep all night

SCAMMERS AVOID!!!
Reviewed By LB1406Jack (the ‘manager’) and staff are scamming people online and getting the goods sent to their hotel to hide it! Confronted them and they became very defensive and a “resident” of the hotel turned up and stood in the corner watching which was a clear attempt at trying to intimidate me. They couldn’t be more guilty if they tried. Place is an absolute s*** hole and I wouldn’t stay there if they paid me with my own money that they tried to scam me out of (luckily I got my parcel back unlucky jack ?) I’ve seen rats living in better conditions. When we arrived we watched a man leave a hotel room shortly followed by a prostitute, need I say anymore?? Basically AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS unless you’re willing to catch a disease or pay a fiver for a ride on the local bike.

Reviewed By GyChic36We were able to check in early after emailing which was appreciated. The hotel was clean and well decorated. The room was large, clean and well facilitated. Positives: The bed was large and comfortable Kettle, drinks tray, toiletries provided Negative: The room was VERY warm (this was explained on arrival but even with windows open and a fan on, it was far too hot) No plug near the kettle so had to move it onto the bedside table. We would stay again as it’s very reasonably priced.
