Splendid one night stay at a great location
Reviewed By CAAbcfcExcellent one night stay (5th visit). Reception and check-in was handled most efficiently and a room at the rear allocated after a quick look at a front facing room – great service. Very comfortable room and bed with in-room coffee and water. Breakfast (exceptionally well stocked pantry with a good variety) is at a small additional cost and always most enjoyable. Recommended without hesitation and will be staying again!

Room access is by digital key provided on invoice, same with Wi-Fi. Supermarket with lower price self serve petrol station just a few 100 metres away

Such poor quality, please don’t stay!
Reviewed By Culture30065834034Despite all the obvious challenges at present, there simply is no excuse for how poor this hotel has become. From the start at there not being any staff on duty at peak arrival time at 5pm, to no Wifi (later sorted). Room very shabby by contrast to previous times we have stayed here, little or no heating. Extremely poor and low quantity of bathroom amenities, and tea/coffee amenities. Leaking shower resulted in very wet floor, spare (clean?) blankets/pillows were thrown in top of wardrobe presumably by a previous guest! Generally run down and unloved. Will never stay again, and no one on duty next morning!

Would be happy to stay again. Easy accèss from the motorway and about 7 minutes drive into the centre of St Quentin

Perfect stopover
Reviewed By 387marisatWe booked 2 rooms for a family stopover on our way through France. Due to unforeseen travel delays we didn't arrive til 3am but there was free secure parking available and the reception desk was still manned. The rooms are basic but very clean and ideal for a short stay and there was plenty of hot water for a shower in the morning. Breakfast is a continental buffet and plenty of it for hungry teenagers! Would highly recommend.

Attempted mugging as we left in the morning
Reviewed By Road68522730137After a basic (it is cheap after all) night in a smoky smelling room we were stopped by a group of drunk french men surrounding the car and claiming we had hit theirs. Their car was brand new and British we realised on leaving our vehicle to check. They wanted money. We did not pay but the whole experience was horrendous and we will never ever stay here again. It’s not in a n ice area

OK, but a bit noisy
Reviewed By Ian14_11We stayed here one night on early June. The location is right in the town, and the car park was full when we arrived, but there was parking on the street. The signage is a little confusing, and after we parked a man came out and told us we should be facing the other way (and indeed all the parked cars were)! We duly turned around to avoid any tickets! The stairs up are quite steep. The room was large (actually with an additional single bed), and the bed was comfortable, with only one pillow. The bathroom was OK with a good shower. However, we did not sleep too well, because the weather was warm and we had the window open ... and the traffic was a bit noisy; it is the downside of the downtown location! Reception was smooth and friendly. I asked for an extra towel and I got one with no problem. Sadly, someone had smoked in the stairwell leaving an unpleasant smell. All in all, this is a reasonable hotel in a good location.

Flat-screen TV. Courtesy tray, and an electric kettle. Secure underground parking. Cardio room. Restaurant near (150 m) near the town hall of the three museums Basilica Theatre.
Good and pleasant B&B
Reviewed By alex4777Perfect B&B with an excellent fresh breakfast. We had the Zen room for the two of us. It has a bubblebath and rainshower and lots of soft lighted Zen items, so it can be very romantic with the right company. Car can be parked in the street or in the parking lot opposite. The location is very convenient 200m from the city- centre with ample good restaurants and bars. Carole is a very pleasant host. Only disadvantage is, you can enter your room after 5:00pm. So 4 instead if 5 star.

Reviewed By JaneeBirdsongSuch a lovely place with a very friendly lady who speaks English and the most adorable Red Setter called Yaner . Spacious room with en suite bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette . Lovely breakfast and knowing that we had a very long journey ahead the owner allowed us to pack up the breakfast we had not eaten she gave us a bag to put it in. Would happily stay again in this beautiful old house ,we were able to park in the gated courtyard. Not the most modern but lovely.
