Reviewed By agilberttxWe had to leave because of power failure (no fault of the hotel as there was a severe storm that knocked out electricity) and find other accommodations. While the hotel is large and provides a wide variety of entertainment options, is is not new and shows significant aging and lax maintenance. Quite far from the Termas they provide a shuttle service but only twice daily. The hotels is, however, very convenient to the convention center.

Rooms are decorated in a clean style, and may be cozy for a couple, not so much for a couple with a child. Full boarding include honest meals served in buffet style, a good option to eat in the small town. Good place to rest, except during the dances organized wvery day after dinner. Attentive staff.

Clean and with a very accommodating staff, the hotel provides full service at a high level but at a lower ptrice than some competitors that are further from the park. We arrived unexpected after the hotel we had booked into had a major problem and we were required to relocate. The front desk staff bent over backward to help us out. The buffet meals were more than adequate in quality, provided good variety, and were well prepared. Many entertainment options are provided, but some with limited forethought (the pool table is too close to the walls to use a que stick). Overall, expect an elderly crowd as that is the main visiting demographic for the Termas.
