Great location, but poor water pressure. Shower stopped flowing in the middle of shower.

Parking was good and right in front of the room. They had great hot chocolate in the lobby. We sadly would not stay here again because of the water pressure issues.

Reviewed By jsudni197040The lighting was very poor in the room, the carpet was old. The first room she gave us had new linoleum floors but it faced the parking lot and outback for a beautiful pine trees. She switched us with no problem. Hot water was scolding and no stopper in the sink.

Reviewed By leroys73The main reason for down grading it to a 3 is the sign in the lobby said breakfast from 6-9. However, at 6:30 there was still no breakfast and no one to ask at the desk. If there is no breakfast cover up the sign. Otherwise the room was clean with a refrigerator. Lighting and number of towels was adequate. The layout of the place was strange. Outside lighting could have been better as the adjacent buildings appeared questionable. People on foot and bicycles used the parking lot as a pass through since there was a section of the back wall missing.

Reviewed By Arizona_goWant to experience the type of old hotel room you see on crime TV? This is your place! Very run down. The "non-smoking" room smelled strongly of cigarettes and body odor. Enough that someone with allergies or asthma could have breathing issues. Breakfast was a bag w small juice, small muffin and a very bad sandwich. Surly staff refused to provide receipts for the stay. Not a good experience. Won't stay here again.

Internet is fast, AC is good and you feel comfy in the room. Its quiet and isolated in a wonderful spot with food and groceries not for off. Will definitely be coming back. I just can't say enough about the employees being great humans

Reviewed By 442sherryqY husband & I stayed here July 11-15. 2021 . Before I went I had read some not so nice reviews so I called Mr.Chuck & asked him about the beds. He assured me they were brand new and it was. The only issue was flat pillows & the bathroom shower needs a new faucet. But all in all we had a great time.?

The list is long, but I'll start with items left behind from others like a dirty sock, underwear, and used hairbrushes found under furniture or inside drawers. Half empty water bottles in bedroom drawers. Clothes closets were unusable because they had two old mattresses and a broken AC unit or broken clothes-hanging bars. Master bathroom shower curtain appeared stained with urine. 2) NO WiFi - the location of the cabin is far enough from their WiFi access point to prevent anyone in the house from connecting to it. We found ourselves using either our mobile phone as a hotspot or walking to the main building to be w/in range of the Lumberman's Village WiFi. 3) NO central AC - three of the four days we stayed there reached temps over 90 degrees and the house got uncomfortably very warm. 4) OWNER'S RESPONSE to concerns - After our stay, I called and spoke with Kelly who is one of the owners to let her know about our experience with details. Instead of assuming any responsibility or apologizing for the terrible condition of the place, she just said she'd let the housekeeping staff know. I was discouraged and told her that none of my family plan to ever stay at Lumberman's Village again and will warn any other friends and family away from there. She just said she was sorry to hear that and hung up. :(

The cabins are not single structures but built like a motel, attached to each other, so noise traveled a lot between them. The beds were lumpy and the comforter was stained. Dishes were cracked (health hazard) . Bathroom was small. All the furniture was from an era decades ago. Even the clock radio reminded us of one we had in our youth. Worst of all, in today's era, the wifi was sporadic. So in a town with lots of choices, I would suggest you choose someplace else until they fix this one up.

Reviewed By dennisgC643RDWent to see fall colors. Caught the leaves at near perfect peak color. Saw many different sights of the landscape around this resort in a fifty mile radius. My wife loved this week and would do it again if we have the opportunity in the years to come.
