Reviewed By juergenp1957very nice Hotel, location is quite far from centre, but for us was ideal, nice simple dinner was served very fast and tasty, not so expensive.... breakfast was also sufficient,... After arriving late and long day, we really enjoyed the large pool, where you are really able to swim nice laps and relax in a sportive way.. Rooms are very simple, but clean and modern, minimalistic style... we would stay there again

A good conference hotel
Reviewed By AdairDelonTo the Topland in Pitsanulok I come sometimes for 2-3 days meetings. I would not say it is a 'charming & heart winning' place, but great conference rooms, car park, free WiFi, and an excellent restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Thai, Japanese, Western, a great buffet. They have Bavarian beer in a refrigerator with glass door, terrible expensive, but I cannot withstand, wonderful. For meetings the Topland is likely the best place in Pitsanulok. And YES, they have even a pool. 4 points are in my opinion fair as it is an excellent business hotel, not a heart winning tourist hotel for me.

Motorbike friendly good service and bar
Reviewed By pauloO4033IAWe were seven motorcyclist we could all park undercover parking at the rear and the guy from Reception came out and helped us and checked all of us in very quickly. I was impressed with the organisation the rooms were good value it’s got an excellent bar and the food look good right in the centre where all the massage bars et cetera. I would recommend.

Wonderful hotel in Phitsanulok
Reviewed By Rudy VA very nice authentic thai-style hotel .... Lots of dark wood, carved artifacts , etc.... I had a studio suite on the 3rd floor which was spacious and comfortable, with a nice terrace... Bathroom was good, good water pressure in the shower and hot water.. Hotel provides bicycles and has a small swimming pool Breakfast was good and complete and service is very friendly The 'Amore' restaurant attached to the hotel was absolutely excellent. This is simply a very good hotel ! Only one main comment : I arrived in early evening and the receptionist did not speak ONE word of English ... This was very annoying. Fortunately all other personnel did speak more than enough English to communicate 'normally'.

Good value, but slow Wifi during peak hours.
Reviewed By Kevin SGood value stay in Phitsanulok. The room was clean and the AC cooled well. The bathroom has no separate section for shower, so you will have water all over the floor afterwards. The breakfast buffet was good with two choices available. Both of them Thai dishes. The Wifi was good during the morning and around noon. But when the guests start to arrive in the afternoon, it will get slower. Also, if you don't like hard bed (which is common in Thailand), then maybe you should look elsewhere.

One year after
Reviewed By jesdaAlmost exactly a year ago that I stayed at this hotel, it is still as good, as clean and the staff helpful and friendly. The only problem for future stay for anyone is the parking spaces. Since the hotel is building a new conferrence room where the rear parking space was. Now only about thirty cars can be parked in the hotel compound. The construction would last until the end of 2018. But once completed, those parking space will be available and this time covered.

Reviewed By Triantafyllos Si stay in Grand Riverside hotel for 5 nights....my impression for the hotel is very very good....next to the River Nan in Phitsanulok.....near the train station...the building is big and very nice...the reception lobby big and the people that work there very good service and polite....good breakfast(buffet...has the same things everyday)...the restaraunt of the hotel big and clean(has outdoor and indoor)....the room normal size....good wifi in the room.....bathroom with bathtub.....cleaning everyday.....has tv, minibar fridge(if you drink something you have to pay it except water)....big double bed with soft matress and soft pillows....a little office inside the room....a big closet.....no balcony(a big window with view to Nan river)...wooden floor...many plugs(all style)....safebox inside the room.mirror in the room and in toilet also.....central control for lights and airconditio(what i mean is that next to the bed there is a control panel that you can turn on/off aicondition and the lights.....television has its own tv control...to be honest i didnt see that many times in my life in hotels)....very quiet place....getting inside hotel you see 2-3 restaurants a few meters before the entrance of hotel....next to hotel 7-1 market shop...has big parking for cars and motorbikes....in general my opinion is very good for Grand riverside hotel and i would surely come back and stay again

Reviewed By 2520sekiroNothing to say much about this place since I was here only one night by the way I like quality of cleanliness and location not far from City center, however compared to the price and the size 28 sqm I think this hotel value for the money just do not expect more than the money you paid.

Reviewed By Brett&CherylThe Hop Inn chain is a well run chain budget hotel. Rooms are clean and the bed and linen 5 star. Always comfortable . Powerful shower. Flat screen tv. some english channels. small fridge. The hotel is a little ways from downtown but we walked it in 25 minutes. We brought our bicyles with us and locked them at the front entrance. Cycling around town was easy and felt safe. prices are from 550 baht to 800 down in Krabi. Coffee available in the morning ,free in lobby.
