Reviewed By salfor456554The staff was very helpful and friendly with the issues that I had. They resolved the issues with the key cards not working and food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest and housekeeping missed it and didn’t clean. My room assignment was changed. The bed I was in was over used and had a divot creating more pain and bad night sleep. That was reported to staff. It was a pleasant experience However and would recommend this hotel. The staff does care and will remedy any issue.

Reviewed By marksrschroederThe hotel had a lot of truck parking, the rooms were beautiful, the check in area was gorgeous, the food was delicious, beds are comfortable, comfortable room to sit and have dinner, BUT the only downfall was that we were told that they accept CLC and later on that evening we got a phone call saying they did not. So we had to pay out of pocket. This was very upsetting.

Unhelpful. Tired hotel.
Reviewed By 916lesliemin Pecos for the day and just needed a room to change our clothes and work till time for our meeting. Booked online, requested early checkin and it allowed it. Arrived to hotel where the front desk staff told us there was not a single room in the entire hotel that was clean because “everyone” had checked out at noon. The housekeeping staff was all sitting in the lobby. I know this because she left the front desk ti ask if there was a clean room. Told us it would be 2 house before they one that was ready. It’s be sooner if they weren’t all hanging out in the lobby….??♀️. Won’t stay here again. There were zero drinks for sale in the market, no coffee. The sitting area are VERY worn and in dire need of refurbishing. Very basic. Less than helpful staff.

We have 58 remodeled rooms with all new beds and furniture. Located on the Corner of Highway 20 & Highway 17. Have a Fatburger restaurant and bar onsite.
dont understand
Reviewed By edwardmP2276SKmade reservation thru booking .com, so when i get to the hotel, lady could not find my reservation, i even had to spell my name 5 times and still did not understand, so sense she could not find it i was glad because the place looked rundown, so from my 5 hour drive, i had to stay at another hotel as i was there for a funeral. The next day i received an email that i was a no-show so yes my bank card was charged, so frustrating.
