Beautiful hotel, outstanding service
Reviewed By G2189ZVchrisgHotel was clean, modern, new, and very luxurious. Great (large) breakfast buffet with good coffee. Spa. Clearly the best hotel in town. But I can't say enough about the helpfulness of Farrouqk at the front desk. He helped us get rooms for colleagues at a busy time and later helped us to find and book a car and driver to Tashkent during a holiday period when all the trains were full. He was incredibly kind and professional and went the extra mile to see that our every need was met. We will ensure our company always books this hotel for trips to Navoi in the future.

Garden House Mini Hotel
Reviewed By Andrew MWe arrived at the Navoi Train Station at 10pm and took a shared taxi to the hotel. The hotel is located to the east of the town center near to the Umid Stadium. The entrance to the hotel was a little difficult to find, as although the name on the Hotel states "Garden House Hotel", there are actually two hotels operating in the same building. The more upscale Garden Plaza Hotel has an entrance to the left of the building whilst the newly named "Garden House Mini Hotel" has an entrance to the right. We walked through the wrong entrance, but the clerk directed us through the Plaza Hotel corridors to the front desk of the Mini Hotel. Note that it would have been easier to use the entrance to the right, above which the word "Hotel" was displayed in bold red letters. The mini hotel rooms are on the upper floors, and our room was quiet but didn't have a view. The only view of the city that we had was seen when taking the glass fronted elevator between floors. The room was clean and spacious and the wifi worked well. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and we were able to use the buffet area downstairs which is located a short walk from the reception area. Each floor has a lobby area where guests can relax, and the area on our floor had a small f&b section, where we bought snacks as it was too late for dinner. We had a comfortable stay here, but be warned that Navoi caters to corporate clients due to the manufacturing industries in the town, so the rates are higher than the other cities which receive tourists regularly. We stayed in Navoi, as we had planned a day trip to Nurata, and preferred to be close to the bus station to get an early start. You will have to walk for 15 minutes to get to the nearest attractions, but we suggest the central bazaar on nearby Amir Timur Street, and if you continue walking west on the same street, the large Navoi Park, with many activities, will be seen. Buses and taxis can be easily taken near to the market area, and seemingly are available at all hours.

New hotel
Reviewed By Mamed AA pretty new and fresh hotel with neat rooms. My only "complaint" is that the TV that's attached to the ceiling, would connect to YouTube and other streaming services -- local channels are quite boring :) If I'm back in Navoi, I'll pick this hotel.

Reviewed By Hunter HSuper hotel in Zarafshan city!!!!! This hotel ot in Navoi.. In the website or in any other sites all the time it is written that this hotel in Novoi.. This really convinces guests. This htel in Zarashan city... Secondly it is new. Well decorated. And all the staff are very respectful with smiley faces and ready to help you.. Rooms are in a bit classical type design, TV only shows Uzbek channels. Satellite antennn that shows world channels is a big missing detail. And in toilets there not any flushing system...((( it must be made quickly. Restaurant super.. breakfast obed ujin super and ,clean. The is sauna hammam ... finally i advice all guests who come to zarashan.... thank you Grand hotel zarafshan....

Reviewed By balou83Superbe établissement tout en longueur, le kitsch Russe vous poursuit, les chambres sont du même acabit, salle de bain énorme, chambre royales, lits immenses avec dorures, grands rideaux, tableaux, le tout désuet bien sûr, mais cela change de nos habitudes. Choisissez si vous pouvez les chambres au fond du lobby bien plus abrité de la boite de nuit en sous sol. Sinon au 8ème étage d'autres chambres au calme, mais un peu moins kitsh. Demandez à voir les 2.

Reviewed By Darya SКлассный отель, жалко, что тренажерный зал и бассейн обнаружила в утро перед отъездом. Также там есть недорогой массаж (информация на стойке регистрации). Завтрак входит в оплату, народу не так много, но лучше приходить не совсем поздно, потому что еды тоже не так много, но вкусно, некоторые штучки как на борту самолета. Мне понравилась кровать, ну а удобства все, как обычно. Тапочки с тонкой подошвой ну никак не подходят для душевой/ванной, почему хозяева отелей этого не понимают)))) До аэропорта г. Навои пешком дойти можно, даже с тяжелым чемоданом минут за пять. Есть парковка для велосипедов. До города ездят Дамасы (это такие местные минивэны, похожие на буханку хлеба) :)

Reviewed By takashiy655利用しました。 Navoi郊外にある韓国系ホテルです。 空港からは3キロ程ですが駅やダウンタウンへは車で30分程掛かります。 ただダウンタウンへの移動やエクスカーションの相談にも細かく乗ってくれ、夕食のレストランの相談も気軽に受けてくれ、とてのフレンドリーなレセプションスタッフに色々お世話になりました。 またランドリーサービスを無料受けてくれるのも助かりました。 ジムは24時間利用可能です。

Reviewed By bahur_hahamОтелю требуется ремонт сантехники: ее давно не чистили, везде налёт, краны протекают. Проблема с розетками у кроватейм их нет либо они находятся за крлватью. Многие лампочки в номерах не горят. Я жил в 203(не советую). Бассейн тоже нуждается в косметическом ремонте. Завтрак скудный и если вы пришли к 9 утра на завтрак (а он до 10), то рискуете доедать остатки. В общем, это отель на 1 ночь либо для бюджетных командировочных.
