Reviewed By Jairo SMy partner and I had a great stay at the Kalango. The place was better than we expected. Spacious, comfortable and spotless clean rooms. Really comfy bed, the AC worked, the shower was nice and powerful and we had lovely balcony. The place itself was spacious and stylish. The Breakfast was superb! Fantastic choice of fresh food, fruits, juices, savoury pastries and at least 6 different types of homemade cakes everyday. We also loved the fact that there were vegetarian options, fresh guacamole, detox juices and coconut water available. It was really charming that they leave a plate of fresh fruit to attract these stunning wild birds that can be appreciated while you have your breakfast. The pool is also stylish and the jacuzzi very nice. The poolside bar is also good and we had pizza by the pool one evening and it was surprisingly very good too. The staff were great too, friendly, helpful and professional. Our special thanks to Raquel, Gui and Dani. Oh and it’s a great value for money compared with other places at similar rates (where our friends stayed - they all said they wished they’d stayed at the Kalango).

Also we can walking per 500 meters and arrived and Feiticeira Beach that is so beautiful with a little fall Good rooms, accommodation in general and swimming pool. The breakfast is wonderful. It’s my second time and intend to go in the future.

Ubatuba Flats is incredibly charming and makes good on all its promises. Silvia makes you feel right at home, and the premises feel very safe. Short walk to the beach, close to a huge selection of restaurants, near lots of other beaches and activities. We’ll be back!

Reviewed By Rafael C1) rooms number 62 is terrible. Wifi doesn't work, bathroom is really small and the finishing is not compatible with the hotel price. Rooms 30's are better finished with a great balcony with bigger bathroom but showers are not that good as well. But definitely if you will stay in this hotel avoid the rooms numbers 60's, not worth. 2) breakfast is ok, but if you want a Brazilian Tapioca be ready to fight to get one. They prepare by order but without any sequence or order control and anyone get anything skiping the line. 20min later when you ask for yours they say it was delivered to another person and you need to wait again. Seriously, it happened all 3 days of my stay, every morning and I saw many guests arguing with that. I gave up to try and decided to get another things. They really do a mess the mess to prepare it for the costumers 3) the strong part of this hotel is the beach service and the pool with an nice kids playground 4) foods are good and beer was cold as it should be but avoid order the deserts, I tried 3 of them, none was neither close to be good, it is better to take an popsicle at the beach

It is located in a very quiet street in the center of Ilhabela, 90 meters from the beach and Porto Ilhabela Marina. It offers a very pleasant environment where around the large swimming pool has sun loungers, tables with umbrella, barbecue and pizza oven, besides the card games room and billiards, bar and snackbar, large leisure area with beautiful balconies and views the mountain, library, cable TV room and everything to make you feel at home. Some of the apartments at Velinn Pousada dos Marinheiros come with a mini-kitchen or balcony with garden and mountain views, ideal for families and friends.

Fábio was so helpful when we arrived, explaining everything to us and escorting us up to our quaint little room. Simple but all we needed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple and yummy! Coffee, fresh juice, fruit, bread and scrambled eggs. Great! Note - my husband speaks Portuguese which was very handy. If you don't speak a Portuguese, ensure you have a translator app or the like.

Reviewed By Brecht VChalé Suisso is very affordable place for anyone who is looking for a central location, if you are happy with a standard room. As we were on our honeymoon, we stayed there for just 1 weekend (we had other hotels booked before and afterwards, but it was a great weekend. They gave us a free upgrade (larger room) as we were on our honeymoon, obviously this was a very nice gesture. The staff was wonderful in our experience. André (staff leader I think) was very social and very helpful. Best: staff, price and location Minor: no A/C in the room
