A nice and comfortable stay
Reviewed By mikeone0506I visited Kielce for a business trip and had to stay there for 3 nights. I chose Qubus Hotel and I was very please with the accommodation. The room was clean and and warm enough. They offered us free parking along with the accommodation. The hotel is within a walking distance from the city center (about 5 minutes from the pedestrian street) and really close to a supermarket. The staff was very helpful and willing to help.

Reviewed By ShtefekA 4 star hotel. Located across from the fair in Kilce (Targi Kielce). One of the better hotels I've slept in Poland. Everything is very neat and clean and almost all hotel staff speak English which is not a common case for Poland. There is also a restaurant at the hotel (Restauracja Kaczka Polska) where you can order a la carte meals until 10pm throughout the day. We had lunch there one afternoon and tried three dishes. First was the cream sauce with wild mushrooms and black noodles. Very fine dish, each component of the dish stood out separately and especially the taste of wild mushrooms. The second dish was duck breast with homemade gnocchi and strawberry sauce. Better prepared meat I did not eat! The meat was melting in the mouth. Well done chef. Strawberry sauce is something new to me but in a weird way it goes with duck very good. The third dish was oven baked ribs that were overdone, ion the top layer of meat with the sauce was hard and inedible. The rest of the dish was ok but if I consider the other dishes I would definitely take this dish a next time because everyone can make a mistake. The dining area itself is very comfortable and clean. There is a buffet for breakfast and the choice is very rich. Everything is fresh and freshly prepared. Food trays are constantly being supplemented or replaced with new ones. The rooms are very neat and clean and tidy daily. The only real complaint is the loud music playing at the hotel and being heard in the room on the first floor until late hours.

Reviewed By AvagoodweekendNew small boutique hotel in Kielce. Renovated to a high standard with good sized rooms and air conditioning for the hot summers. Breakfast is largely continental with mainly meat, cheese and salad options and cooked eggs are also available. Location is quite central and not far from the train station. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe but still in need of renovation. No need to use the hotel parking as there is plenty of on-street parking nearby. If you are staying on a weekend, might be worth checking if there is a wedding planned because you will hear the music in your room until all hours.

Reviewed By haaland94A very nice and quiet hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed soft. Good breakfast. We came with a rental car and the hotel had arranged free parking in a parking house for us for the entire week. Close distance to centrum, malls, restaurants etc.

Hotel Dal is a modern place, located in the very center of Kielce. There is only 100 m to the Market Square (restaurants, bars, clubs) and the main pedestrian street - ul. Sienkiewicz (shops, places of cultural activity, restaurants, banks). You will reach on foot (5 - 10 minutes) to the biggest tourist attractions of the region, including the Krakow Bishops' Palace, the Cathedral, and the National Museum. One of the city's major transport routes (Aleja IX Wiekow Kielc), providing connections by public transport buses and quick access to further attractive tourist destinations, runs next to the hotel. Guests arriving to Kielce on business matters gladly chooses Hotel Dal. Nearby the hotel, in the city center, there are the main offices (City Hall, Voivodship Office, Social Insurance Institution), banks and companies. Due to the location and easy access to communication routes and own parking, the Hotel is also an attractive place to stay for turists and travelers.

Reviewed By zogoibi zAwful. Terrible resting experience: it turns out, rooms numbered X01 (201, 301, etc) are flanked not by one, but by TWO elevators! Wall to wall. And, since it's a big hotel, those elevators are in use around the clock, so that the guest does not have a single minute of rest. Those rooms should simply NOT EXIST. They're a plain swindle. So, if you have no option than staying in this hotel, make sure they will not assign such a room to you. And, compared with this, any good thing I could find about this hotel is negligible. However, I'm giving it ** instead of * because the breakfast was quite acceptable.

Fine stay even during a rain
Reviewed By Rower1991Managed to get the last room (incl breakfast) for 3 days at the end of Aug and fully enjoyed. Good proximity to the city and highway, plenty of parking, good views, no problem even if room facing a forest - with open window it is a great pleasure. Fine stay even during a rain. Well thought spa area: Big swimming pool (not for sport swimming though =), with a huge window, different saunas, with one facing outside world too. It was good breakfast as well as menu during lunch/dinner. We also took massages at Spa, it was nice. Overall recommended for a quick gateway (perhaps I wouldn't reco taking kids, no playgrounds and hotel is rather targeted for a calm stay).

When we left for the wedding we were attending, we specifically asked where we should park when we returned late at night. We were told “don’t worry, I will let you in”. We returned at 11 and a different clerk was there. There were 2 weddings going on here and there was no parking in front. She basically said “too bad. We don’t have any parking”. I begged her as we had NO idea where to park the car. This hotel is not in a busy commercial area. She said there was nothing she would do. After more begging, the mgr came out and said the same thing. I repeated what the first clerk said and told him I would never have booked here if I had known there was no pkg. He finally said they had a parking lot behind the hotel (so they DID have pkg) and there were 2 spaces left so he would let us in. In general the room was ok but what do you expect for $75/night. Doubt I will have occasion to be in Kielce again but I certainly won’t stay there and I will be reluctant to stay in any Best Western again

Unbelievably loud and unpleasant stay.
Reviewed By gregpB9326TJI wouldn't recommend to stay at this hotel as on Fridays and Saturdays you just won't sleep. Hotel is regularly hosting weddings and music is very loud. The hotel own informator clearly states that everyone should keep quiet between 10pm - 6am. Which is clearly not the case. Greg P.
