Superb stay with family (twins 3 yrs old)
Reviewed By Josef_Skacel_1981We had a 2 bedroom family suite and despite rooms may appear small on pictures (at least my subjective view), theyre big enough and even with our 2 little tornadoes we had a very comfortable stay. Very comfy beds, lovely pool which your little ones will enjoy and its position at the very center of the town nearby the ski lift makes it excellent for early skiing experience with your little ones. In combination with pool in the late afternoon combines the activities really nicely for the children. What needs to be highlighted is the restaurant with great quality meals, local craft beer served and wide selection of wines. Overall, highly recommend and we will surely come again as our little ones still keep on talking about the hotel asking when we go there again! This never happened before

Shame about the morning «coffee»
Reviewed By P TExcellent location in town. Clean, fairly big rooms with fridge and complimentary tea and Nescafé. Friendly staff. Good restaurant. This is not a budget hotel or restaurant, and it is an additional 6 euros per person if you want breakfast. You really have no choice, as there are no breakfast alternatives around. What a shame, therefore, that they only have a slightly bitter dark brew they serve for «coffee» . It is made from «coffee essence», and it is useless. They have excellent coffee in the restaurant, so naturally the staff make wonderful coffee for themselves in the morning, while the envious paying costumers only get muddy water. You really need to change that! In fact, it is such a cheap move by the management, that I have to deduct a star from the 4 I would have given the hotel.

I got nice room with balcony, my queen size mattress was new and I slept really well. Breakfast was tasty and I did not have to wake up too early to get it. All is recommended. Sean

CZ standart at its worst
Reviewed By Kaka3By far the worst so called 4 star hotel I have seen in many many months. I will skip the part, where is parking in front of the hotel and they still charge you 100 czk for it - desperate to make few buck on the top of accomodation and food bills. Restaurant average. They cook mostly the easiest typical crap CZ food. No vegan options, nothing extra, no attention to detail. When we wanted to go to spa, they told us, that we need to wait 45 minutes for sauna to be ready. It was in the middle of the day. Nobody told us in advance. When you enter wellness, there is just one nice pool with jaccuzi section, sauna and thats it. No steam, no herbal sauna, no relax zone. We were told we were gonna get a suite. When entering the room, it was not suite at all. Just a normal room with extra bed made from sofa. I am not going back even by force next time, thats for sure. Improves necessary.

Do not allow your holiday in the Krkonose Mountains to be spoiled by anything. Our fully equipped modern kitchens including a dining area are part of every apartment and will provide you with catering according to your own needs and habits. Additional features include an elevator, ski storage, bike room, children's playground area and lobby bar with darts and table football in our guest house.

Reviewed By fezojkThis pension in Janske Lazne offers comfortable accommodation for families. We had a apartman with 2 bedrooms and kitchen. There was TV in kitchen. Pension is very close to Aquacentrum. You can also easily reach cableway to Cerna Hora. It is very good place to stay :)

Reviewed By Zuzuman100The service was awful, the manager not a people person and the food was 1/10, the chef is really dirty and we found his hair in the food almost every time. The manager was walking the hallways at night listening for any noise to give "noise complains" and pay fines

We had breakfast directly outside of our room which was perfect! Super filling and delicious: selection of hams and cheese, sweets and eggs. They also offer filled picnic baskets and blankets so that you can have a picnic outside . The location is great: directly in the forest with plenty of field space for picnicing. The customer service was great as well! The girl who checked us in and brought breakfast to us was so sweet and accommodating. My boyfriend proposed to me this weekend and it really was the most romantic , beautiful place for that.

Perfect accommodation at reasonable prices
Reviewed By charles911Nice and quiet accommodation on the outskirts of Janske Lazne (only 8 brooms I guess) but close to everything. We had arranged check-in time by phone, so when we arrived we were already being waited for by a likeable, friendly and helpful man. The room was spacious and very clean, the bathroom was big with a toilet, shower and washbasin (no hairdryer). The breakfast room is on the groundfloor and available throughout the day so you could use the kettle and make tea or coffee at any time. Breakfast itself (buffet) is from 8.00 to 9.30: tea or coffee, juice, 3 kinds of bread, 3 kinds of salami/ham, 3 kinds of cheese, hard-boiled eggs (+sometimes sausages), cereals, jam/marmalade, butter/margarine, honey ...). A few good restaurants in the vicinity, but no real supermarket. Large terrace with a few tables and chairs offering wonderful views. The wi-fi was not always reliable. TV signal poor, some channels were unwatchable. Limited access for wheelchairs. No pets allowed.
