Reviewed By keithinbrazilVery clean, well situated hotel, close to many restaurants. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. (The only problem is the noise made by the generators of the hotel across the street, but not the Palace's fault... not noticeable when windows are closed...). Good breakfast served with a nice view of Erbil. But the best part are the staff, who did everything to make my stay great. Thank you so much!

Reviewed By RumskysWe loved our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always greeting us with a big smile. The breakfast buffet was a real treat that we thoroughly enjoyed. Our room was very large and had a great view and the location is great, a short walk to the cathedral, bazaar, and fountains. The beds were comfy and the wifi worked just fine. They were even all set up to print out our COVID test results for us. I will stay here whenever I return to Erbil.

Rooms are spacious, Food ok, although the Restaurant atosphere is a bit sterile. The upside of the hotel is its good location on the city center towards the airport, and that there is no hassle with security. The downside is that there is no security, and the atmosphere can't compare with the Babylon Hotel. Nevertheless a recommendable choice in Baghdad.

Reviewed By Tim240368Fine and good location for restaurants and bars. Staff very friendly and hotel and rooms clean and comfortable. The only disadvantage is het wine they serve, they have only one brand the well known J.P. Chanet. I think this wine doesn’t deserve to be used as dressing on a salad so drinking it is even more terrible. Further no complaints

Reviewed By blueberries88It's practical. Clean. You will need to take taxi's everywhere but that's normal for Erbil. Good sized rooms, nice breakfast. Excellent staff at every level. Pool, Spa, and good room service, even after midnight! Excellent hotel security as well. On a busy road so you can hear the traffic, but after 10pm it gets very quiet. Some noise sometimes from the restaurant below outside.
