Reviewed By wee_lassy_eats_worldVery basic hotel. Surprised it’s considered an international airport hotel when the restaurant doesn’t open until 5pm! Food is available but its snacks like crisps and ice cream - what I would expect if you check in around 3am. We arrived at 2pm on a Friday and we were told there was a deli around the corner or Subway in the next hotel. Room was basic - typical 3* - but good size. Low budget linen, toiletries, etc and view of a grey concrete car park from the window. All the hand sanitizers were empty in reception. You could hear the maids complaining from the staff room by the elevators. Check in/ out was simple enough. Shuttle bus comes every 20 mins (however they don’t tell you at what time so you have to just wait there until it turns up)

Reviewed By M5045ZIsusanhBooked a 4 night stay; upon booking there was nothing written about late arrivals. We had a bit of delayed arrived a little over midnight expecting someone to be there that can help us check in. Upon our arrival the lobby was pitch black no one was in there. There’s a bell on the door and a number that we can reach out but after half an hour of standing in front of a completely dark space we decided to leave. We were basically left stranded not knowing where we can stay. After a long travel the least I would want is to be crept by the thought of having to be homeless for the night. The next morning I requested a refund on the internet platform I have used to book the hotel. We were contacted and was told that the hotel is willing to have the rest of the days refunded but not the first night. Of course we were outraged. I tried to contact the hotel. It was great that someone picked up immediately but after explaining that there was nobody to check us in that time, they questioned us and stated it was “impossible” after mentioning that I took a picture of the pitch black lobby she told us to wait as she grabs the manager but then ended up hanging up on us instead. I immediately called back but I was sent directly to voicemail. After a few trials for the next 2 hours I decided to use a different phone number to call. I was sent to voicemail but I got a call back within 2 minutes. Overall I am very disappointed with the service. The least you can do is apologize for the inconvenience it has caused us rather than just hanging up and denying the fact that there was actually no one there in the lobby. There is also cameras on the premise in front of the lobby. I hope they do check the cameras and see how lost we felt instead of claiming that there was definitely someone there on duty.

Reviewed By kelly LAbsolutely amazing. After a awful experience the previous day at another apartment we was welcomed by Chase in reception. He was so friendly and helpful. He made every possible way to help us. Thankyou so much ! It made our stay so much more relaxed. The hotel was lovely and clean. We had everything we needed. We used the bbq and had help from the hotels engineer. He was lovely! House keeping staff was so good and professional. We can't thank you enough. Only think I would say and this goes for all of our places in CA is that it would be nice to be more celiac informed and have breakfast - food more celiac friendly. Such a lovely clean ,safe ,family friendly hotel ! Thankyou. X

Reviewed By Travelers330Their sofa bed could not fit comfortably two children. Ended up fitting 3 person in a queen size bed. Not comfortable. A/C keeps shutting off when we needed the most. Wi-Fi is spotty. Can’t maintain connection. The fridge freezer requires thawing. Can’t put anything except in the cold side. The temperature handle is missing. The shower flow is weak. Can’t take a shower without turning it up to high which is in high heat. The comforter for the sofa wasn’t available. We have to get it at the front desk. What a service. It should have been placed in the closet. The comforter shows rips and holes upon unfolding it. It should had been thrown out instead of reuse. The facia for the bathroom sink has warped. Noticeable sloppy renovation. Customer service is good. Helpful. Breakfast is better than a continental. Warm and healthy choices. Parking is in secured garage. The place is clean.

Reviewed By mhartyaI checked in for 5 days (my work agency booked it for me), on my 1st night, i wasn't able to sleep because the place was noisy and worse i found bugs on the bed and pillows. I moved to the bedside chair and i found another 3 bugs on the chair?. The following day, i was moved to another room when i complained about the bugs and the reception told me that i should be compensated but only by moving me to a roon with a balcony with a very sticky carpet and lots of stains. I've never met their people except for the front desk who are just okay. The place is not so nice but convenient from LAX. The food is very poor as well. Breakfast was free but for 5 days you will be eating the same thing (sausage pancake omelet juice coffee) and there was a coffee maker in the room with rusty thing inside. On the info papers inside the room, it was written there that the check out time is 12,when i called to ask for an hour extension, they've told me that the check out time is 11 not 12 and if ill exceed 12,it will be another 1 day rate?. Cannot recommend the place.

Hotel with Security
Reviewed By wireless_in_CAIt’s been awhile since we stayed here and mainly chosen for it’s proximity to our LA plans. There were ample parking spots with a nightly charge. A security guy patrols randomly though I mostly saw them inside the hotel lobby. Staff was friendly and efficiently checked us in behind the huge plexiglass. The gym was small and got crowded in the morning. The breakfast was free but nothing exciting here. Sausage and egg muffin sandwich (plastic bagged for your own microwaving), cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc were the primary choices. Breakfast time was crowded and food would run out the closer to the end. The room itself was a little dark but clean. Sofa bed and desk next to the refrigerator, microwave and small bar sink at the front. The bed was decent but the bath was small and could use a refresh. It was some times noisy so that got annoying at times. This will likely be the last time we stay here as there are other nicer places in the area.

Getting old...
Reviewed By Katrina EI have been staying here for years and it used to be much cleaner and cozy. Apparently so has everyone else. The room stunk as though someone had deep fried something. I asked for a spray bottle or something to get rid of the smell. They gave me something watered down. Could not get rid of smell. Carpet was gross. Bathroom old..needs an update. Front desk very friendly.

Reviewed By RacerocketThere was a pervasive stench of cigarette and pot smoke throughout the hotel. We had to get a hotel at the last minute and didn't have many choices, so, unfortunately we had to stay here. There was excessive noise in the hotel from guests partying all night.

Reviewed By melissadO6150FDVery run down. Tiles in bathroom loose, wall paper in bathroom screams update. Wall outlet loose and falling out. Microwave broken leg, wall light shade missing These are minimal things of need of repair. Point being if you just need a cheap place to stAy and can overlook the cosmetics, this will do for the price. Location is not great with freeway noise. Room was very spacious. A/c, mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and couch in room. Would probably stay again, very economical.
