Estava vazio e a piscina estava tranquila, mas imagino que deva ficar um pouco lotada na lata estação porque aumentaram muito o numero de quartos -- mas a piscina continua a mesma e não é muito grande. Dois pontos fracos foram a falta de internet no quarto (não pegava nem mesmo na varanda) e a gerência não pediu nem mesmo desculpas, e a baixa qualidade da tapioca e do omelete no café da manhã -- pareciam ser pre-prontos, sem muito sabor. I returned to stay after a few years and the place is still very good in general. It was empty and the pool was quiet, but I imagine it must get a little crowded at the high season because the number of rooms has increased a lot - but the pool is still the same and it is not very big. Two weaknesses were the lack of internet in the room (it didn't even worked on the balcony) and the management didn't even apologize, and the poor quality of the tapioca and omelet for breakfast - they seemed to be pre-made, without much flavor.

Horrible experience
Reviewed By Eva MI had a personal emergency and contacted them to try to cancel the booking requesting them to kindly waive the cancellation fees given the personal situation limiting my travel. They not just never replied but also charged the whole booking price to my credit card. Unacceptable

Reviewed By Amélia MA pousada é localizada na rua principal, como vim para conhecer flecheiras foi ótimo. O Sr. Edson nos recebeu muito bem, nos sentimos em casa. O café da manha é simples mas supre bem o necessário. Os quartos impecáveis, várias tomadas, lençóis e toalhas limpos e branquinhos, o ar condicionado gela que é uma beleza e o banheiro com opção de água quente tambem é ótimo. Indico também o restaurante sambura que fica em frente a pousada, otimas massas e um excelente atendimento! Amei tudo e com toda certeza retornarei!!

The breakfast looks like from Pinterest: beautiful and delicious! the entire staff assisted us with great care and attention. I'll be back soon!

Nice experience... until a disappointing conclusion
Reviewed By clakukiVery nice location right on the beach (and ideal for kitesurfing), quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Quite large and comfortable rooms. With the exception of the hamburger (don't order!) what was available out of the menu was quite good, although mainly international cuisine, not many local dishes. Disappointed that lobster (which seemed to be one of the few local recipees) was not available for all the duration of the stay (2 days) and the waiters, although asked, were not able to explain why. Worst disappointment, however, at check-out. Having to leave early in the morning, we checked out our 2 rooms the evening before. We found out that they charge you penalties for a long list of items, e.g. even if you damage a bath towel (it was not our case anyway). The receptionist asked if we needed some water for the night since they were going to sack all bottles of water from the fridges so as to avoid that we might drink for free during the night. This has been quite rude, unpleasant and in any case unacceptable from a hotel of that level. Also, since we would have missed breakfast (which starts a bit late, at 8 am), we asked if there was the possibility to be provided with some take away breakfast or snacks. The answer? No (laughing, as if it was an absurd request).

Amazing stay
Reviewed By Pierre CVery nice place , perfectly located on the kitespot of Ilha do Guajiru, 10 meters in front of the lagoon. The pousada is clean and the people are really nice and helpful! The breakfast (included) is good with cool fresh juices. For kiting it is perfect with storage, clear water, sand bags to secure the kites, etc. And if you're lucky and there on a weekend , you might go on an incredible downwind with the owner's son! We totally recommend it!

Reviewed By jo_oa40A Pousada Bambu Blue tem ótima localização (perto dos principais restaurantes da Ilha do Guajiru), ambiente aconchegante com diversos coqueiros. A piscina ecológica é um espetáculo a parte, lembrando bastante os rios de Bonito MS, sendo ótima pra relaxar e para tirar fotos. A vista para a "lagoa" (na verdade um braço de mar) é deslumbrante. O café-da-manhã é muito bom, diversificado, com direito a opções quentes feitas na hora (tapiocas, omeletes, etc.). Todos os funcionários são gentis e prestativos, com menção especial a funcionária que prepara os smoothies no bar (excelentes!). Fiquei na suíte Vento, com o Jungle Shower, muito bem decorada, iluminada, romântica, cama muito confortável, ar condicionado potente e vista linda com vidros grandes. O Jungle Shower, que é banho ao ar livre, é realmente bem privativo e dá uma senção de banho em meio a floresta. Como pontos de melhoria: -Por duas vezes, pessoas que alugaram outras suítes colocaram música alta em caixinhas de som, o que tira a sensação de tranquilidade. Falei com os funcionários, que me informaram que só era permitido som baixo e dentro dos bangalôs, mas o fato de eu ter que ir falar com eles pra então eles tomarem atitude não foi legal. Além disso, uma política de não ter som próprio ser explicada já no check-in seria mais efetiva. -A pousada possui uma "parceria" com um restaurante próximo chamado "Barraca do Kite". Inclusive, adquiri um jantar romântico que prometia ser "JANTAR ESPECIAL no restaurante Barraca do Kite pé na areia, perto da piscina e lagoa. Uma noite inesquecível. NÃO RECOMENDO ADQUIRIR ESSE PACOTE, pois o jantar não estava tão gostoso, além de barulho e despreparo do garçom. Melhor investir o dinheiro em outra coisa. -Em frente a algumas suítes, há mesas de jantar externas, o que atrapalha a vista e dá uma sensação desconfortável de estarem violando sua privacidade quando tem gente sentada lá. Essa mesa também dá a mesma sensação para quem estiver deitado na rede em frente a suíte. -Como os caminhos dentro da pousada são de areia, mas as frentes dos bangalôs são de grama, a tendência é que as pessoas transitem muito perto do bangalô, o que também tira a sensação de privacidade. -A água quente do chuveiro do Jungle Shower é somente morna mesmo, não esquenta muito. -Banho na "lagoa" é bom, tranquilo, sem ondas, mas deve haver cuidado com os kitesufistas.

Reviewed By 245yasmI booked four rooms at this resort through online booking, but the owner contacted me through emails that my booking is not confirmed until I either wire money to him or he is going to charge 10% more if I choose credit card. Thinking to save on the payment to not pay 10% credit card fees! I wired the money. Right after we wire the money! He canceled our reservation and said my credit card declined. I contacted him to say why you canceled, he said that he has our reservation, but canceled it through online (I think because he didn’t want to pay the commission to the online agencies). After a lot of back and fort and him accusing us of lying and not refunding us any money! He said that the resort is closed due to covid. We called the resorts next door to find other accommodations, but the other resorts said that everything is open and there are no covid restrictions. He is a fraud and scam and will take your money and never provide you with a room! Stay away from this place!
