Rooms are well sized and very comfortable and the breakfast is always amazing. Every staff member is always happy so it seems a great place to work, which means I am well looked after as a guest.

Reviewed By cleveleys55Stayed with my wife on the 27th May 2022 for one night. From arriving to leaving the service from all the staff was great. Room and breakfast also great. It is also a short walk to all the amenities of Monte Casino. Based on our experience we would recommend this hotel.

Palazzo hotel anything but a five star experience !
Reviewed By Nalini GTerrible service…booked two rooms with family. We had bought food from a nearby well known resturant and looked forward to eating in our rooms. We called room service and asked for plates and cutlery and then the drama began… we told hotel policy is not give guests any plates cutlery etc unless ordered from room service ( which ends at 10pm). I enquired from “ management” as to why is this not on hotels website or house policies etc as normally hotels usually accomdate guests requests and will give them plates and cutlery etc on request so if guests choose to eat in the comfort fo their room. One person acceded to our request and sent us the cutlety only to have the food and beverages manager call the room and intteroagte us as which employee etc did this . It was terrible . To add insult to the injury the second room On check HAD a huge clump of human hair on the shower floor! Which begs the question of the level of cleanliess. The towel rails were broken off the wall. The toilet roll holder was broken as well . The Palzzo is suppose to be a five star hotel , but it is far from a five star experience . Rooms are in dire need of maintenance . Service is hugely lacking . Especially at management level. There was NO hotel manager or duty manager on duty except the food and beverages manager who was the only person in charge of the entire hotel staff and was clearly out if his depth in resolving guests complaints . Simply not worth the five stars . I was fortunate to be refunded one room and was accomdated at the Four star Sun internationl hotel within the Montecasino Precint. This four star was so worth it and far superiour in service and standards than the Palazzo. This hotel has sadly lost its charm and appeal and i attribute it to poor management , as i have seen over years how the service has detoriated . Simply not worth the price tag!!

Reviewed By 935divanvhi Monte offers beautiful simplicity with a trendy room. The staff is friendly and helpful. Although, the hotel offers no rooms service or dinning, there is a Nespresso Coffee station with various snacks and beverage. For business and come as you go accommodation, I recommend hi Monte.

Reviewed By VXRThis is a lovely hotel. Rooms are modest size but very well appointed with a comfy bed and good bedlinens. The gym is quality, not massive but the right kit. The breakfast is very good. But the standout for me was the attentive service by staff.

I feel relaxed and well rested after staying in their comfortable and well decorated rooms. This was definitely money worthwhile spent.

My request for a late check-in at 20H30 was kindly accommodated with the kind-hearted Esther waiting for me on arrival. The Suite is spacious, clean and very comfortable with a HUGE King size bed with crisp cotton linen. Waking up in the very serene and quiet surrounds was heaven!

Perfectly located 2.7kms away from the new trendy Fourways mall and a stone throw away from Monte Casino entertainment centre. Safe and secure with Douglasedale police station within walking distance.

Reviewed By sherrosewI had a lovely 2 night stay. There is parking availability, beautifully kept grounds and a very friendly welcome. I was shown to my room- which was fantastic- even having it's own balcony. Everything was better than expected and I had an amazing time. Special mention to Medina all the staff who couldn't do more for my stay- thank you so much.

Reviewed By muliachilengiVery nice place. I requested to be picked up from the airport. The Lodge sent a number of a very relieable taxi driver. Patty the lady that works there, goes out of her way to make your stay very comfortable. i recommend Norscort Manor Guest Lodge. my only recommendation is a change of carpets especially in the rooms near the breakfast area.
