Reviewed By Jayme GWe were traveling from Florida to CT with two dogs and two cats. This place let us stay for a $15 pet fee. The room was basic, but not pet or smoke smelly. There was not a lot of space on the property to walk your dog, but there was an empty lot next door.

Reviewed By Christine CStopped for a night as we were driving down 95. Location was good and the amenities were a plus. The small gym and pool, were great because we were the only ones there (it probably gets and feels crowded easily.) There was a small area for food. Would've been nice if there were multiple waffle makes, but we just happened to be down there with the rush. The person helping in the kitchen wasn't in a good mood, they were walking around mumbling and gumbling. Front desk person at checkin was friendly, at checkout the person was a little rude. Never once looked up at me. The cleaning staff were nice and friendly. We saw and heard some rude customers, kudos to the employees for keeping their cool.

Two days later, I checked my credit card bill and they fraudulently charged me $50. When I called and asked them to remove the charge, I was told that only their general manager (Leticia Howe) could do this, and that she was not at the property. I was told that she would call me back the next day. She never called me back. I called each of the following five days. Each time I was promised a call back. Each time no call back arrived. On the fifth day a second $50 charge showed up as "pending". I called to express my frustration with the lack of a call back. I was told by Lawrence at the front desk that I could send an email. When I told him that I would rather speak to the GM, Leticia Howe, he hung up on me!!!

They have done everything they can do here without doing a total renovation, which it desperately needs. Lots of mismatched room furniture in bad condition, carpet dirty, stains and patches everywhere, and door frames bent, and door to next door room was not secure. That said, reasonable price, firm acd clean bed, good free internet.Desk staff were excellent and welcoming.
