A decent 3-stars hotel located near the Busy Port of Dumai
Reviewed By edwardtaufanI stayed here unexpectedly to be honest, because the housing complex is completely dark, without electricity. Overall, i am satisfied, the breakfast was OK for a 3-stars hotel, not the best but not the worst also. AC is cold, 2PK for a not-so-wide room. Price was OK, there are hotels with higher rate but with worse facilities in Dumai The only minus thing is the water, it was a bit salty (the groundwater in Dumai City is always like that especially near the beach/sea area), but it don't matter too much for me.

What choice do we have, Dumai?
Reviewed By AnnSolo800Funny, the price on today's website Rp 270.000 (ish) but we paid more than that in November 2018. Should this hotel to be classified as a budget hotel because the design does look like one, and the breakfast too (simple yet offer some option to choose or try unlike the real budget hotel before). I supposed Dumai has water supply problems so that's makes the hotel price there mark up than usual? Anyway, either you go to shabby hotels with a higher probability of not having water to shower (or to, flush), I recommended this hotel instead.

a hotel with a concept of beauty, located in a commercial area of the City Center, with shopping, entertainment and dining facilities. Guests will enjoy a prime location, where there are many large business buildings. The distance to the International Airport is only about 25 minutes. Guests will also enjoy the sea view.

Reviewed By cathw1995Pros: + New and clean hotel + Reasonable cheap price (because it's promo season) + Good view from rooftop + Good service, good vibe, friendly staff Cons: - not complete facilities, like swimming pool, and spa - only can be reserved by call, pegipegi or Traveloka. Can't be found on Agoda or international travel site. - the REAL publish rate are too expensive, even with the good quality that this hotel offered. - little bit short opening time at health club (maybe can add until 9 pm).

Nyaman Tapi Overpriced
Reviewed By LBWicaksonoSecara umum cukup patut dipertimbangkan jika ingin menginap di tempat nyaman dan tenang, karena letak Mayang Suri Hotel jauh dari keramaian. Hotelnya sendiri terbilang hotel lama, sehingga terasa seperti menginap di rumah nenek yang ada di kampung. Tetapi untuk fasilitas lumayan oke, seperti tempat tidur yg nyaman, tv kabel, wifi, ac, dan yg paling penting kondisi air disini sangat baik, walaupun agak kecewa juga karena biasanya dengan rates 250k di hotel lain sudah dapat sarapan. Tetapi kalau boleh saran, untuk hotel lama dengan fasilitas alakadarnya seperti ini seharusnya harganya bisa lebih bersaing mengingat menjamurnya hotel baru di Dumai yg lebih modern dengan harga yg kompetitif.

Pilihan Hotel Budget Yang Cukup Nyaman
Reviewed By LBWicaksonoLokasi hotel cukup mudah dijangkau. Walaupun sepertinya hotel ini sudah cukup lama, tetapi termaintenance dengan baik. Front office yang bertugas pada saat check-in cukup ramah, begitu juga dengan security yang berinisiatif membantu parkir. Kamar deluxe 101 hampir tidak ada masalah, kecuali air yang terus menetes dari shower yg sedikit mengganggu. Tempat tidur nyaman, AC dingin, channel tv cukup variatif. Jaringan wifi tidak mau tersambung sama sekali padahal dekat dengan lobby.

Quaint Hotel In Dumai City
Reviewed By LBWicaksonoHotel ini terletak di jalan arah pelabuhan. Dilihat dari bangunan dan kondisi kamar, sepertinya ini hotel sudah tua. Saya mendapat kamar yang tidak sesuai pesanan karena katanya kamar tipe deluxe sudah full dan diberikan kamar tipe standart. Kamar agak berdebu dan pengap, sudah gitu AC lama sekali dinginnya. Harga memang murah tetapi dengan harga yg sama bisa dapat hotel lebih nyaman di Kota Dumai.
