Terrible restaurant service.
Reviewed By 762dejanlWe visited the restaurant to have a quick meal after skiing. We waited about 20 minutes to get a menu and then after 15 minutes of waiting for a waiter to take our order we left the restaurant. And the restaurant was half empty, 4 or 5 tables were taken. Terrible service.

Reviewed By 445igorcI didn't know that such beautiful place exist in BIH which is my biggest mistake. I don't know from where to start with prises, excellent ambient, spa, food and whole landscape including pond. Highly recommend to all.

Reviewed By Anita VThe hotel is located right on the Plivsko Lake with a wonderful view. in the closest vicinity to the charming "Small Water Mills". The rooms resemble the rooms of a student hostel. The funiture is old, bed linens are perfectly clean, but visibly worn out, the bathrom is old. The food is the biggest asset of the hotel, everything we had for dinner was abslutely delicious. However, breakfast was average. I would not recommend the hotel to my friends, unless they're backpackers or really on a tight budget. I'd rather stay in another hotel, as I did last time I was in Jajce and just come to the Plivsko Lake for a meal or for some drinks with a view.

Reviewed By stagljarmikacivanaAll the personell were very friendly, always at your service, ready to share with you local customs, to offer local specialties, and always with a pnch of bosnian humor. Priceless. The rooms were OK, very clean and decent. TV had a low quality picture. The mattress on the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The food was excellent, local specialities, and a lot of other, "standardized" meals to choose. Ski resort is very near the hotel, and it provides you with all necessary equipment for skiing, as well as instructor if needed.Very nice arranged. The nature and the view is stunning, a lots of hills, and a ton of snow, like a fairytale. I am recommending this place for family gathering and vacations.

Reviewed By 187duncI only stayed here for a night. But I would have happily stayed here for longer. The hotel is very easy to find, although a little subtle. The hostess was really friendly, warm and welcoming. The room took me by surprise as it was very spacious, clean and kind of funky. The hotel is probably a good 10-15minute walk from the tourist sights. So all in all it's definitely worth a stay.

Reviewed By pe100Great hotel and service. Very clean and warm in winter days. Hotel staff is polite and friendly. Breakfast is awesome. Parking is free of charge but you can use garage also. Restaurant service is quick and food is delicious. Highly recommend this place.

Reviewed By George RWonderful location next to the waterfall-more of which later. Very welcoming hosts who greeted me with a variety of rakija shots and a bottle of wine to boot! After exploring the town at night, I returned to drink the wine, sitting in darkness on the terrace, while listening to the sound of the waterfall-a mesmeric couple of hours. During the night I left the windows of the superbly appointed apartment open through the night so I could listen to the soothing sound of the waterfall. In the morning, my generous hosts saw me off with some Bosnian coffee, home-made lardons and feta cheese and, needless to say, a couple of shots of rakija.
