Trilha do Rio do Boi is about 4.35 miles each way been an intermediate level trekking. Before you go you must schedule it with a registered park’s guide. I’ve got a great guided experience and I strongly recommend Cris, he is an experienced guide who knows a lot about the area and is aways concerned about your safety.
