Excellent tour but must email in advance to check your times. Only 12€ for the tour with 4 different olive oils to taste. Very informative tour and we learnt a lot about olive trees dating back to the Roman times and olive oil making. There is a cave where the original olive presses live. This is a family run olive farm and they have A lot of passion about their olives and trees. Fantastic must see place.

Parco Rupestre Lama D'Antico

The Lama D’Antico Rock Park houses one of the most interesting rock settlements in Apulia. Here you can explore several structures which were part of the village (X-XV c. A.D.): -the imposing church carved into the rock, -cave-dwellings, -caves used as work-shops. In addition, in the park you can also visit two small lovely churches, St. John’s and St. Lawrence’s whose walls are frescoed in bright vivacious colours. The entire itinerary is set in a wonderful natural habitat rich of olive groves and Mediterranean maquis.

A park full of wonder, beautiful and so peaceful startling my curiosity for the time from VI to XIV century. I truly loved the virtual tour of the church, I have never experienced anything like it before. Very old traces of human life opening new thoughts and giving insight containing the misteries of Religion, Archeology, Painting and more. The virtual tour is a new additional, and very recently created.
