This is the second time we visited this lovely family owned winery and once again we enjoyed a warm welcome from Yannis and his son who walked us through tasting all their delicious wines and Olive Oil. Of course we had to buy as much as we could fit into our suitcase as the wines were just too tasty not to take them with you - so if you go, be prepared with some space in your suitcase. I believe they ship as well and started working with more distributors, so there is hope we can get their tasty wines in the UK in future as well. Regardless of this, that place is always worth a visit as it has lovely views, a nice atmosphere and the wine always tastes best when enjoyed at its source. Thank you so much for having us this year and we will be back again for sure!

My sister and I went to the winery for the tour and tasting in September 2020. Guys were harvesting at that time, so we were lucky to witness some production processes like grape crushing :D The nice lady guide took us through the the place explaining how the wine is made from A to Z. We ended in the tasting room and the wine was delish) Refreshing whites, mouthwatering reds, absolutely Devine desert wines... People, go there and try it yourself! ) I regret we didn’t take home a bottle of Helios ( Was looking for it at the airport with no luck Anyhow, the Alargo Syrah we tried at the winery made a safe trip to London and is waiting for a special occasion to make it even more special Thank you, Douloufakis Winery!
