This is a great, very authentic Greek Restaurant. We were welcomed with a glass of ouzo and pitta bread whilst perusing the extensive menu.The moussaka was delicious and so was the Greek salad. We had our favourite Retsina and a complimentary ouzo after our meal. This restaurant is open quite late and the service is excellent.

The location of the restaurant is difficult to find and is at unexpected location in an industrial area. The welcome was warm-hearted and the menu offers a good choice. We started with the grilled peppers and filled mushrooms. Both were an excellent choice. Main courses were shank of lamb and gyros with tatziki. Outstanding choices. The owner is very friendly and a real greek. Free ouzoâs before we headed home. You will not be disappointed!

Unser Mittagsbesuch "Beim Griechen" am 04.10.19 und unserem Stammgriechen in Karlsruhe.- Tomatensuppe für 4,00 â¬- Krebszangen Knoblauch für 6,50 â¬- Aphrodite Teller für 9,20 â¬- Herkules Teller für 8,00 â¬- Brad Banana für 5,90 â¬- Himbeeroase für 5,30- Spezi 0,4 l für 3,00 â¬- Fanta 0,4 l für 3,00 â¬- Spezi 0,3 l für 2,60Alles war wie erwartet gut und auch der Mittagstisch punktet voll "Beim Griechen" - das Restaurant war sehr gut gefüllt.Gerne wieder ein andermal Beim Griechen!!

Das griechische Restaurant Olymp liegt im Sportpark Ettlingen,etwas auÃerhalb,aber gut erreichbar,ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.Man kann innen speisen,oder bei gutem Wetter auf der Terrasse,in ruhiger Umgebung,wenn man sich nicht an den eventuellen Spielgeräuschen von den benachbarten Tennisplätzen stört.Beim Besuch im Juli war das Olymp dank des guten Wetters gut ausgelastet,die Terrasse war nahezu gefüllt,es dauerte daher etwas,bis wir bestellen konnten,aber das Ergebnis lohnte sich,der Service war gut,der Chef kümmerte sich persönlich um die Gäste.Der gemischte Vorspeisenteller vorab war wirklich sehr lecker,auch die gewählten Hauptgerichte waren geschmacklich sehr gut,es gibt ausreichend Auswahlmöglichkeiten und das Preisniveau ist angemessen,sehr positiv finde ich,dass man hier auch kleinere Portionen bestellen kann, es werktags zusätzlich preiswerte Mittagsgerichte gibt und das Restaurant auÃerdem einen Heim-und Bestellservice anbietet.Geöffnet ist abends bis 23h,an Sonn-und Feiertagen ist durchgehend offen.

This a nice mixed cuisine restaurant in a quiet part of town. It has a medium sized interior with few outside tables.The food includes Asian, Greek, Italian and German so much choice of cuisine though menu is small.We had a Greek salad which was good with large feta chunks. The white fish of the day was nicely grilled. The turkey fillets was a large dish with lots of salads and easy too share.A good comfort place. Enjoyed it. Attentive service too.

The restaurant is situated in the center of Ettlingen. It has some nice interior, which brings you directly to the Greek atmosphere that reminds you of holidays. The food is good and don't try the typical dishes that you can find everywehere, Kouros has some nice dishes in recommendation that are unique and brings the original Greek cuisine to your table. The wine list is not that elaborated but the choice can surely bring some nice bottles to taste. Mezes is nice with all small plats if you ask for it, like in Greece.
