While all of Lecce is amazing this is a must-do. Check out YouTube to see the process that each hand made figure goes through until it ready for the shop. Each is a work of love, skill, and art. You will find Claudio Riso on Via Vittorio Emanuele II. Such a great experience and every day I gaze at our figures and smile.

A shop with beautifully crafted gifts , many made by the proprietors. Design ideas for lighting and furniture, all of wood or stone or paper mache. We went twice and came away with aluminium jewellery and several clocks, ceramic hugs ( little pots which fit together) Staff are friendly and helpful, English Spoken! Space is beautifully laid out, and you can peek into the workshop. Many things I coveted but couldn't bring Home! Such as a wooden lounger, and cupboards with curved corners, and tall floor lamps.
