February 2020 my husband and I decided to go on a trip we have been dreaming about for over three years, an adventure in India, that would be also our honeymoon. I have always wanted to travel to India and we decided to got o Rajasthan. It was an 18-day trip that definitely changed my life in every sense. We could be in contact with locals, we experinced the most beautiful trakkings and enoyed the nature. We could learn about India history with competent tour guides. We had the whole trip organized through Ecstatic India Tours, we sent them our very personal wishes and they made the most impossible things hapend. We went o a private tours with a competent driver and had the flights, hotels, guide and tours booked by the agancy. This facilitated our life and we won a lot of time, we could skip lines and enjoy the best of every amazing monument in India. Vishal Sharma always called to check on us and to make sure we were safe and well attened, he is very open to feedback and handeled in a lovely way all the wishes I included last minute. Thanks a lot for that Vishal. He also gave us amazing tip about restaurants, typical food and places to go shopping, this company in very engaged on women's safety, they make sure we are happy and our dreams come to reality. We had a private issue with our camera and they made sure our gadget would work taking it personaly to a place to get it repaired and chanrged us no fee for that. We were welcomed in Jaipur with a beautiful honemoon cake that made me cry, everything personaly organized by Vishal and his brilliant agency. Anytime we called them since Europe in order to clarify things they wer avaliable. The also practice very fair prices, they are extrem honest with payments and quite flexible. The only problem was that the trip came to and end hahaha, I wish I had a year holiday to spend in India. I definelty recommend Ecstatic India Tours, and we plan to return to India using their services. They speak perefct English aswell. My husband and I , we book a trip for almost 3 weeks to India, Nepal and Tibet thru Rajasthan Travel Service, Dilip Sirwani was on charge on booking our trip. We needed it to come back earlier on March due to the Pandemic Covid 19. We asked Dilip different times either via what's up and email for a full refund NO credit of the 2/3 of our trip but so far we are not successful. Even Dilip told us or "suggest" like he said not go on a train call "Palace on wheels" because just were 12 passangers and the Indian goverment advise not to travel due to Covid 19 spread; and now Dilip is denying every thing he told us. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Nishant. We felt welcomed with a friendly atmosphere and we had a fantastic start!
