Die Lage mit dem Blick über das Wattenmeer ist einfach klasse.Leider gibt es nur Self Service.Es ist etwas hektisch, viele Leute, nicht gemütlich!

Fischhändler Albrecht ist in Harlesiel natürlich der Platzhirsch und in der Saison recht überlaufen.Janssenâs Harlesiel (es gibt auch Filialen in Horumer- und Hooksiel) bietet aus der Theke neben geräuchertem und frischen Fisch auch Fischbrötchen und -salate in ordentlicher Qualität an, sowie ein Imbissrestaurant.

Wir haben bewuÃt dieses Selbstbed.Lokal aufgesucht. Man kann dort auch Frischfisch kaufen.Die Auswahl an Gerichten war o.k.Es schmeckte, war rasch zubereitet. Man kann dort ruhig auch einmal einkehren.

Direkt am Strand von Horumersiel gelegen, hat man - der Name ist Programm - einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Nordsee. Das Interieur hingegen ist nichts für Ãstheten. FuÃboden, Decke und Mobiliar versprühen eher den Charme einer Kantine.Um so positiver fällt das sehr zuvorkommende Personal auf, das mit Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit zu überzeugen weiÃ. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich, die Gerichte sind lecker, die Portionen ordentlich und die Getränke wohltemperiert.

Fischbude am Hafen. Ambiente so lala, aber wenigstens sauber. Reichhaltiges Angebot, freundliche Bedienung und Beratung.Fisch war gut zubereitet, Portion gerade ausreichend. Matjes war sehr gut, Backfisch habe ich schon besseren gegessen.Hier fährt man aufgrund der tristen Hafenatmosphäre sicherlich nicht für ein romantisches Abendessen hin, für einen schnellen Snack aber durchaus OK.

The first word I learnt in German is "Lecker" which means delicious, from the waitress in this nice restaurant. The cake was very Lecker, and Coffee made me relaxed after an exhausted long travel. Recommended!

My cousin and I went for dinner at the end of the summer season. The restaurant was quite full. Whilst our dinner order was slow to come to our table, the service was attentive. The wait was worth while. Delicious meals for both of us. The chanterelles were cooked very nicely (not too much cream) and the pork loin was delicious. My only complaint is that when I asked for diet coke, I got a non-brand coke copy (I'm fussy like that!) Well worth a visit, and probably the best restaurant in this small town.

On a late, rainy evening in October the restaurant "Leuchtfeuerâ was our âLighthouseâ. It was well attended this evening, but in the cultivation room a table for us was still available. The âLeuchtfeuerâ is a well frequented location, fully occupied on Sunday at about 21:00. The ambience is perfect in the cozy dining room; in the cultivation rooms it was a bit too bright for us, very creatively furnished indeed, but also quite a little bit chilly. But the service was quick, cheerful and very dedicated. Some different types of beer on tap â but we had to wait quite long for the second helping - and delicious regional cuisine, quite well prepared. The âLeuchtfeuerâ could - perhaps - be a little bit cozier.

Very nice restaurant. We had Schnitzel and Königsberger Klopse. Both was great and service was also very good. Price was ok. We been there with our baby in a stroller which was no problem. They also have a room to change diapers.
