This was our 4th annual trip to San Pedro for the JJW Camp Belize event. We always stay at Sun Breeze and generally have rented a golf cart on a daily basis as needed. This trip there would be three couples and we decided it would be handy to have the cart available full time without the hassell of the rental process any day we needed it. So after some research and checking with Sun Breeze, we decided on Carts Belize, which has a location right next door to the hotel. Sun Breeze made the reservation for a six-seater cart and we paid the rental (reasonable rate for the week, we thought) with our Sun Breeze room/tropic air payment. When we arrived, the Carts Belize guy brought the rental documentation and key to us at the hotel and went over the attributes of the cart and terms of rental in detail. All good. Cart ran well and drove well, only thing would have been nice to have power steering, but don't think any of the carts have that. Coming back to hotel late at night, something on the axle of the driver side front wheel broke with a loud bang! Limped on and parked in the street behind the hotel. Asked the Sun Breeze desk to please contact Carts Belize about the problem (we were leaving early the next morning on a mainland excursion). When we returned the next afternoon about 5 pm, the cart was repaired, parked in front of the hotel, with the key left a the hotel desk. We thought that was excellent service! We will rent from Carts Belize again on our next trip to San Pedro!

We did a monthly rental from rock’s during our trip to Ambergris Caye and we will definitely rent from them when we visit the island again! The rental price was extremely reasonable (we got a monthly discount) and we even ended up extending our stay an extra week and they gave us the same discount price for our extra week. Our first golf cart had some motor trouble after 2 weeks and Rock’s sent someone to our hotel in like 20 minutes to replace our golf cart. The service is excellent and Wiam was super responsive and friendly with any inquiries we had during our trip. Would highly recommend renting from them during your trip!
