My son and I spent a fun afternoon making jewelry at one of Urban Eclectic Jewelry’s classes. We were able to select the piece we wanted to make and Tricia was great instructing us through the whole process. She is so patient and helps draw out your creativity. The store’s location is perfect in downtown Tamarindo.

I was in the market for a one-piece bathing suit and shopping around in Tamarindo. I stumbled across this shop and was in love with several of the fabrics, but the specific cut that I wanted didn't come in fabric I liked. So the owner of the store pulled some options. i wanted something dark -- even asked her for black at first. She pulled me out of that (she loves color, which shows in her designs!) and we landed on a dark velvet pattern with bronze accents. It's truly gorgeous. She worked with me on the price point a bit and what really blew me away is they promised to have the hand-made custom piece in less than 24 hours. When I got back to the store the next day, the suit fit perfectly. It was exquisite and I'm so glad to have it. I will order from them again online in the future, or next time I'm in Tamarindo! Highly recommend. Great handmade product and amazing customer service.

My sister and I visited in December 2019 and loved Lydia's boutique. We ordered custom paintings of our pets and a beach landscape with a profie of my children. The service and art were wonderful. I will cherish our purchases as a reminder of our time in Tamarindo. I would highly recommend the shop to visitors.

I had a custom board shaped by Cheboards in July of 2020. Super fast email responses and one of the most pleasant in-person factory tours ever. JD is an artist and his passion for surfing and shaping is apparent from the minute you meet him. When the first board wasn't exactly what I'd hoped Cheboards took it back without complaint and began working with me to refine my ideas and build another! Super satisfied customer that will be back for more in the future.

This was our first time in Tamarindo and first time at this church. Great sermon, great new building, friendly congregation and pastor teaches from the Bible. Perfect! We're here for a few more weeks and this will be our church while we're here.

I found this wonderful shop during our recent stay in Tamarindo. The jewelry is absolutely stunning! They set aside a ring for me so that I could return the next day. When I purchased the first ring, I spotted a 2nd that I just couldn't get out of my head! I returned again another day and was SO happy to find it was still there. LOVE both pieces and will definitely be contacting them again to purchase more. Best shop in Tamarindo BY FAR!!!

This trendy boutique is located just steps from Tamarindo Beach. I love the beach theme carried throughout this shop. It's decorated with mermaids, shells, etc. You can find resort clothing for your beach vacation, accessories, jewelry, and not your typical tourist souvenirs here. The clothes are very well-made, colorful, and unique. I visited this shop on our last day in Tamarindo and wished that I had found it sooner.

I walked into this shop and was surprised to such an amazing variety of clothing, bags, and jewelry. It's not your typical tourist souvenir merchandise. You will find a huge selection of excellent quality items to take back home. When visiting Tamarindo, Buena Nena is an awesome place to shop. Can't wait to return!!!
