We are hiring mainly road bikes Giant and Liv, but also hybrid bikes and mountain bikes by GHOST brand. Our company is different with the customer service. With our individual approach we're able to solve most of personal requests. The most important thing is our proffesional bike service. Founder of company is professional cyclist, former racer. So we perfectly understand our clients and their needs and feelings on bicycles. Trust us, we ride our bikes. This is motto of Bike Island Mallorca.

Each year as a group of 20 mixed ability cycling enthusiasts, we descend on the Mecca of Cycling that is Mallorca. We have tried several suppliers over the years and all have provided a pretty good service. This year, a colleague recommended Bike Island Mallorca and from the off, their service was a cut above all the competition we have experienced. Booking The booking process was made very easy, very clear and very competitively priced. The range of bikes available gave our mixed ability group a great selection of machines to choose from. Bike Delivery On arrival at our Hotel found that Bike Island Mallorca had already delivered the bikes to the Hotel Bike Store. The mechanic arrived on time to help set up and make any required alterations. Fantastic quick service Support Mechanicals happen, for me it occurred with a broken spoke at the foot of Sa Calobra! I called and agreed to meet at the cafe at the Aqueduct, I rode up the climb, my new wheel was waiting for me at the top. The guy gave a careful once over on all the bikes as we rested at the cafe before moving on. Collection At the end of our stay, our man came to collect the bikes, he helped remove pedals etc... and to minimise the impact to our stay we just put our bikes back in the Hotel cycle shed and he sorted the rest Summary I cannot fault any aspect of their service - the bikes were maintained to showroom condition and made for a very stress free experience - great effort Bike Island Mallorca.. Highly reccomend

Vall de Boquer

Reviewed By taliward - Warwick, United Kingdom

We stayed at Hotel Pollentia which made it a 20 minute walk along the promenade and down one street to the start. It was then 30 minutes to the view point and a further 30 minutes down to the beach. We spent about an hour on the beach swimming, drying off and watching the goats. The water here is beautiful. It's cool and crystal clear and most welcome after a hot but beautifully scenic hike. We left our hotel at around 9:30am and arrived at just before 11am and this was hot and so leave earlier if you can. Also, when we arrived there were just a few people who left shortly after and then just as we were heading off, it seemed to get a bit busier; I can only imagine what it's like in a normal summer season and so an even better reason to set off early. It was a clear stoney path all the way to the viewing spot marked by a big rock but the second half is very steep and not easy. If you have any knee issues you may struggle with the pressure on your knees going down. It's a very stoney beach and so take beach shoes!! Also, take lots of water as there is nowhere to get this on the walk. It goes without saying, wear trainers!! You may also want to pack your snorkel kit or goggles. Beware that this is a nudist beach! We saw just two people when we were there. We went one way down and found a much easier way back! Just before you get to the viewing point, there is a left hand pathway, take that and head straight down as this seems to be one of the better ones. Don't make our mistake and head on down immediately after the viewing point.....it's worth backtracking just a few steps! I will attach a picture which hopefully you'll find useful. I say 'path' (!!)....it's not exactly clear as you pretty much get down the best way you can find but this was definitely an easier direction than our way down!

Cala Murta

Reviewed By sarahjL6623HR

We twice did the walk to Cala Murta as the route down has plenty of shade so it's great on a hot day. We also enjoyed meeting the wild donkeys and the mountain goats on route. It's worth noting the donkeys are likely to turn up if you try to use the picnic tables. The beach was stony and had a small number of people on it so there was plenty of space to distance. The swimming was very pleasant and whilst I didn't do it at this beach I imagine snorkeling would be good.

Lemon Lounge Bar

The Lemon Bar of our Hoposa Hotel Daina has one of the best locations of Puerto Pollensa. It is located directly between our big pool and the Mediterranean sea. You can enjoy the views to the mountains (world heritage Sierra Tramuntana), the sea and the Pine Walk with the skyline of Puerto Pollensa. There is no better place to drink a good cocktail and listen to some relaxed music. In our program we have different young singers and acoustic guitar players who let you feel the right vibe for your holidays. We open in June and have opened every night till the last guests go home. The entrance is free for everybody. We are looking forward welcoming you soon at the Hoposa Lemon Bar!
