Beautiful wetlands, for birding can see lots of birds any time of day, but morning is best, they open at 6:30am. Nice easy boardwalk that is about a mile long. I took a bird photography class a couple years ago and the class came here for several days. I have been back many times since. We saw dozens of different types of animals, a cottonmouth snake, marsh bunny, gators big and small, great blue herons, tricolor herons, snowy egrets, great egrets, swamp hens, black bellied whistling ducks, little blue herons. In late January and February there are loads of nesting birds including blue herons, cormorants, anhingas, little blue, tricolor, common moore hens, purple gallinules, ospreys, and hundreds of endangered wood storks, it is really a fantastic place to get great photographs! But parking is limited so often wait in line for a few minutes to get a parking place. Also take water with you, it can get hot.

The Boys Farmers Market

Reviewed By ivanw610 - Boca Raton, United States

Been a customer of the Boys for more than 5 years. First, living in Delray Beach and then Boca, it was extremely convenient getting to. Even now living in Deerfield Beach, it is always worth the extra drive. Why? Simply the greatest assortment of always fresh fruit and produce, excellent quality meat and poultry, outstanding selection of seafood to satisfy any palate, Boar's Head cold cuts plus a virtually endless selection of gourmet items, cheese, breads, so on and so on and so on. The best part of all is that their prices on all items range from ridiculously cheap to never beyond fair value. It is always a pleasure shopping here. Sure the "atmosphere" is from another (better) era, but that only adds to the charm. I am always happy and satisfied coming here and recommend this place to anyone looking for the best value for their money. Kudos to Mike who always acknowledges me and tries his best to accommodate all requests.

Great beach with a quieter vibe. Just down from “Delray Beach”, this is the same piece of ocean, just a more laid-back location, away from the crowd of Atlantic Avenue. Wide beach with beautifully soft sand, the water is warm and inviting. Pack your lunch, get there early or late in the day as parking is pretty limited and set up your beach site. Enjoy. Saltwater Brewery

Good beer. Lots of permanent choices and a rotating variety. But I cannot say enough about the staff. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone I've encountered has been super friendly and helpful. You dont get that snobby vibe if you are a newbie or dont know much about beer. They have different food trucks come in. Watch out for this auntie looking Mexican lady that doesn't speak much English. As soon as I saw her in the food truck, I knew the food was going to be amazing. And it was!
