Great Terminal, very fast custom clearance with auto clearance gate. Money changer, restaurant, cafes hotels are all in the terminal. it is also connected to Bayfront Mall. 10 mins walk to the coast line, there is many restaurants, clubs, bars by the sea. Taxi is also cheap, they implement a fix fare rate to go within Nagoya city for RP30,000.

Cici whom attended to my queries and order thru whatsapp was really professional and nice. I only apps the night before collection and yet she responded really fast. Despite me taking a while to confirm order and changed my order, she is patient and nice even answered all my queries.she is really super good!!!. Well now comes the cake. My sis recommended me to buy this brand Lamoist particularly the super premium. Oh my god it taste super buttery, nice and moist unlike others that I had before. I bought 8 boxes Super Pre mum Original and 2 boxes of Prunes. 2 boxes are for my own consumption and 8 to give away as gifts. Wow I really fall in love at first bite. The chocolate was good but a little sweet for me but it taste good as well. My husband wanted to buy the raisin plus but too bad there is none in store as it has got to be pre ordered. The only disappointment is I can't try all flavours at shop (Mega Mall Batam Centre). I wanna buy more if only I can try all flavours and buy back for my relatives and friends. So remember to pre order for the special flavoured ones. Cici even sent me apps after I collected to provide info on storage/shelf life, yeah! Cici is very very good!

The superb place to be in Batam. Beautiful qiraat, great ambience. Do visit the observation tower, kids will enjoy this place. A place to have some Indonesian snack also available Has a pool at the entrance with fishes being the attraction.

Love the mall since they have lots of great eateries to choose from. Mainly japanese food you can find here and its halal. The multi storey carpark looks pretty not set up nicely. If you wanna do grocery shopping, they have Top 100 and selling all kinds of old skool packed food and nice can food. You will find H&M amd Uniqlo for main shopping that u can find in your country. Basement has stalls that selling fusion food.

Mega Mall is the only mall in Batam and one must visit for authentic local clothing items ; l purchased 6 very good quality shirts and T shirts at very reasonable price .It also has lot of good eating joints .
