We love Irvine & Roberts! We make sure and visit every time we come to Southern Oregon. The food and wine are both amazing. The charcuterie boards are all delicious goodness, the crackers and pita chips are homemade!!! Yesterday we had the Pinot Burgers and sadly no picture because we ate them so fast! We've had the tomato soup and grilled cheese, the chicken confit all our amazing! I can't pick a favorite wine, love them all especially the rose on a summer day. You will find the owners, Doug & Dionne onsite and talking with guest. Kris is amazing in the kitchen. All the staff and owners are welcoming and accommodating.

Grizzly Peak Trail

Reviewed By WorldTraveler9 - California, United States

A beautiful wooded trail, through trees and flower-filled meadows. The first part of the trail is uphill through a forest, leading into a loop trail that circles the summit. The loop part of the trail is fairly flat, and leads to a summit with a fabulous 360-degree view of Ashland, Medford, lakes, forests, and even Mount Shasta. There is an outhouse next to a small parking lot at the trailhead.

Lithia Park

Lithia Park is a jewel in the heart of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival plaza and lovely homes in downtown Ashland, OR. During my recent visit, I took advantage of the cool and breezy summer air - before the temperature reached the mid 90's - venturing on a short morning stroll through the meandering park capturing scenic photo opportunities while greeting joggers, exercisers and travelers along the way. I even took a sip from the nearby and historic lithia mineral spring water fountain...ooh, taste the sulfur. There are great public spaces for picnics, family gatherings, playgrounds, fountains, gardens, foliage/trees, outdoor theater-type performances, tennis courts, and bridges over water ways. My only regret is that I did not allow enough time to take in all of the beauty of this not to be missed park spaces...next time.

Louie's of Ashland

Reviewed By meeshmorgan

If you need an uplifting experience, go to Louie's! They have delicious, fresh food for EVERY type of diet and the courtesy of the caring staff toward their customers and co-workers is cheering. We have lost some favorite restaurants to COVID, but we found Louie's. I am a vegetarian, my husband is not. Louie's can accommodate any diet with their variety. They are very safe, even offering touchless menus, and the staff are caring and concerned about their customers and each other. I left my table because someone was smoking on the creek. Our waiter, Cisco, came over to enquire if I needed help. Watching the staff, feeling safe, and enjoying a perfect meal was just what I needed during these times of alienation and division. THANK YOU LOUIE'S!

Everything about this place is first class. I came with my son who is a student at SOU, just to check it out. We ended sitting on the patio having an awesome lunch (excellent options with creative flavors) with our wine. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming, wine was delicious and the place is a postcard for a beautiful winery.
