On the other hand you can find Iberic chorizo , salchichon and jamon serrano. Never enjoyed food as much as on this Yoga retreat on Lanzarote. We had no idea food could also be prepared in this way; with passion and creativity. The food was not only delicious, it looked stunning as well! It was great waking up in the morning and thinking: hm, what delicious meal will we be getting tonight! A treat, each and every day! Thank you Antonio for a very interesting and enjoyable day. The four hour class was very good and gave us lots of cooking tips and advice on where to buy the best fresh and organic produce on Lanzarote as well as using the produce from the school’s garden. We then had the chance to sit and eat the food we had cooked accompanied by a local wine from a small producer in Yaiza. We will definitely return for more of your courses and would whole heartedly recommend them to residents and holiday makers alike. Thanks again, Simon and Jane.
