This brand new tiny cheese dairy just eighty kilometers north-west from Anapa is really a pearl! It may not look impressive from the outside but people there create excellent cheese. High quality, practically hand-made, small-scale production stuff is something you'll have it very difficult to find in these places. They started just about a year ago and make both soft and harder cheese as well as some white mold "exemplars". We tried all of them - superb! There's also a small shop there plus one may take a guided tour - with obligatory booking in advance. For you to understand how miniscule it is just think that there are only SIX employees working there - three for each shift. But they also produce very good red and white wine - at a separate location (but you can buy it in that boutique). A treasure. Strongly recommended!
